| Objective:To understand the status of health promotion behavior and disease uncertainty in patients with mild stroke; To analyze the effects of general demographic data on health promotion behavior and disease uncertainty; To explore the relationship between health promotion behavior and disease uncertainty in patients with mild stroke, and to provide scientific and effective theoretical basis for medical staff to formulate intervention measures for patients with mild stroke in the future. Methods:In this study, convenient sampling method was used to investigate the health promotion behavior and disease uncertainty of 215 patients with mild stroke who were hospitalized from March to December 2019,with department of neurology,Ruikang hospital affiliated to Guangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine as the investigation unit. The survey content mainly includes: general situation questionnaire, health promotion behavior scale, disease uncertainty scale. The obtained data were statistically analyzed by SPSS20.0 software. The general data and scores of each dimension in the scale were described by frequency, percentage and `X±S.T test and variance analysis were used to compare the differences of health promotion behavior and disease uncertainty among different groups.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the relationship between the sense of disease uncertainty and health promotion behavior as well as the dimensions.Multivariate stepwise regression analysis was performed with significant variables in univariate analysis as independent variables and health promotion behavior as dependent variables.Results:(1)the mean score of health promotion behavior of 209 effective subjects in this study was(119.40±17.19),which was at a medium level and presented a normal distribution.Among them, those with good and poor health behaviors accounted for12% and 5.3%,respectively.Univariate analysis showed that the health promotion behaviors of patients with mild stroke had significant differences in age, spouse status, education level, monthly income, medical payment method, residence and other aspects, with statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)the average score of disease uncertainty was(89.97±13.89),which was at a medium level and presented a normal distribution.Among them,1.9% and 20.1% had higher and lower sense of disease uncertainty.Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in spouse status, education level, monthly income and other aspects in the disease uncertainty of patients with mild stroke(P<0.05).(3)correlation analysis results showed that the health promotion behavior of patients with mild stroke was negatively correlated with the sense of disease uncertainty(r=-0.689,P<0.01).(4)multiple stepped-regression analysis showed that age, spouse status, education level and disease uncertainty were the main factors to predict the level of health-promoting behaviors in patients with mild stroke, which could explain 61.1% variation of health-promoting behaviors.Conclusion:1.Health promotion behaviors and disease uncertainty in patients with mild stroke are mostly at medium level, which require systematic, comprehensive and targeted intervention and guidance from medical staff and their families,so as to effectively improve their lifestyles and reduce the recurrence rate of diseases.2.The influencing factors of health promotion behavior of patients with mild stroke mainly include: age, family per capita monthly income, residence, medical payment method, spouse status, education level and disease uncertainty; The main influencing factors of disease uncertainty include spouse status, education level, monthly income and residence. Therefore, health care personnel should be based on the specific situation of patients,to teach.3.There was a negative correlation between health promotion behavior and disease uncertainty in patients with mild stroke, that is,the higher the disease uncertainty, the lower the health promotion behavior.4.Age,spouse status, education level and disease uncertainty were the main factors to predict the level of health-promoting behaviors in patients with mild stroke. |
