Objectives:To Observe the effect of electrical stimulation on the acupoints and acupuncture points on the central arterial pressure in patients with immediate hypertension,To provide an objective basis for clinical application of auricular therapy to treat hypertension. Methods:Sixty hypertensive patients who were admitted to the Cardiovascular Department of Jiangsu provincial hospital of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine from July 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into a test group(electric stimulation group)and a control group(false stimulation group).Test group:select a specific auricular aura, switch on the electroacupuncture to stimulate the acupoints, and take the auricle as a degree of mild swelling and numbness. To record the central arterial pressure and heart rate before and after stimulation for 1 min,3 min,and 5 min.Control group:select a specific auricular aura, switch on the electroacupuncture device, and do not apply power.Record the same as before.According to the recorded results, the changes in blood pressure and heart rate before and after the stimulation were compared between two groups, and the statistical differences in blood pressure between true and false interventions were compared. The comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the immediate blood pressure reduction effect of auricular electrical stimulation on central arterial pressure in patients with essential hypertension.Results:1.false stimulation group:Compared with before treatment, there was no statistical difference in systolic blood pressure and heart rate at lmin,3min,and 5min of auricular sham stimulation(P>0.05);there was no statistical difference in diastolic pressure at lmin of sham electrical stimulation(P>0.05).It was statistically significant at 3min and 5min stimulation(P<0.05);The mean arterial pressure was not statistically different at lmin and 5min at auricular stimulation(P>0.05),and it was statistically significant at 3min stimulation(P<0.05).2.Electrical stimulation group:Compared with pre-stimulation,systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure, and heart rate were not statistically different at 1 minute electrical stimulation of the auricular point(P>0.05),and there were significant statistical significance at 3 minutes and 5 minutes of stimulation(P<0.01).3.Comparison between true and false stimulation groups:There was no statistical difference in central arterial pressure and heart rate between true and false electrical stimulation groups before and after auricular electrical stimulation(P>0.05).Comparison of auricular electrical stimulation at 3min and 5min showed significant differences in central arterial pressure and heart rate(P<0.01).Conclusions:The electrical stimulation of auricular acupoint Shenmen has obvious immediate antihypertensive effect on central arterial pressure in patients with grade 1-2 essential hypertension, and at the same time,it can slow down the heart rate.Stimulation was more pronounced at 5 min.
