Clinical Observation Of The Effects Of Auricular Acupoints On The Treatment Of Hypotension And Decompression Points In The Treatment Of Essential Hypertension

Objective:To to observe the immediate antihypertensive effect of auricular point antihypertensive groove and antihypertensive point on essential hypertension by electrical stimulation of auricular point antihypertensive groove and antihypertensive point in patients with essential hypertension,and to provide preliminary clinical objective basis for the treatment of essential hypertension by auricular point electrical stimulation.Methods:A total of 30 patients were selected from June 2018 to February 2019 who were admitted to the cardiovascular ward of jiangsu province hospital combining Chinese and western medicine and met the diagnostic criteria of grade 1～2 for essential hypertension.In this study,true and false electrical stimulation was designed before and after the study,and the number was numbered according to the order of participation in the study in strict accordance with the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria.Use hua tuo brand electronic needle therapy instrument(model:SDZ-Ⅱ card production license number:Sue food drug safety machinery production hui 20010020)connection ear clip,ear clip clip to buck points,the other end of the clip to deafness corresponding step-down buck groove,15 minutes before without power after the power is connected,false stimulus,as the control stage;After 15 minutes,connect the power to the needle therapy instrument,turn on the power switch,select the continuous wave operating mode,and adjust the appropriate frequency and intensity of electrical stimulation(frequency is 5-7hz,intensity is 0.7-1ma,and the patient should be able to endure without discomfort).True stimulation is the experimental stage.Blood pressure values before stimulation,5min after stimulation,10min after stimulation and 15min after stimulation were recorded by omron electronic sphygmomanometer,and the data of true and false stimulation stages were statistically analyzed.Results:The results of the study showed that:(1)the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial blood pressure of patients with sham electrical stimulation were not statistically significant(P>0.05)when compared before and after sham stimulation at ear acupoints,5min,10min and 15min.(2)compared with the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial blood pressure before stimulation,5min,lOmin and 15min after stimulation,the blood pressure after stimulation of patients with true electric stimulation was significantly lower than that before stimulation,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)the results of inter-group comparison showed that there were no statistically significant differences in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial blood pressure before stimulation(P>0.05),but there were statistically significant differences in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial blood pressure at 5min,lOmin and 15min after stimulation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular electrical stimulation of antihypertensive groove and antihypertensive point has good immediate antihypertensive effect on systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial blood pressure of grade 1-2 hypertensive patients,and the antihypertensive effect is more obvious with the prolongation of time in the period of 5-15 minutes.
