Research On The Correlation Among Psychological Resilience,Perceived Social Support And Self-efficacy Of Professional Nurses Of Sterile Supply In Shandong Province

ObjectiveIn order to understand the current situation of psychological resilience,understanding social support and self-efficacy of professional nurses in sterile supply,as well as the correlation and influence degree of psychological resilience,understanding social support and self-efficacy,theoretical support and reference basis are provided for improving the psychological resilience level of professional nurses in sterile supply field.MethodsThis study adopts the method of convenience sampling,in July-December 2019 in Shandong province to meet eligibility criteria disinfection supply professional nurse questionnaire survey was conducted as the research object.A cross-sectional survey was conducted using the Chinese version of the general demographic data questionnaire,the Chinese version of the mental resilience scale,the Chinese version of the general self-efficacy scale and the Chinese version of the perceived social support scaleas research tools.Nurses of general data using descriptive statistical analysis,measurement data description with mean and standard deviation,the independent sample T test,single factor analysis of variance of population data of variance analysis,the relationship between variables by multiple linear regression analysis,mental flexibility,self-efficacy,understanding social support relationship between the Pearson correlation analysis.Results1.The total score of psychological resilience of professional nurses in sterile supply was(65.13±15.94),and the mental resilience was at a medium level.The scores of tenacity,strength and optimism were(33.10±8.85),(22.29±5.29)and(9.73±2.76),respectively.There were statistically significant differences in psychological resilience of professional nurses in marital status,professional title,income,age,working years,children,personnel,professional title and educational background2.The total score of sterile supply professional nurses was(60.55±12.79),and the scores of the three dimensions were(20.00±4.51),(20.61±4.60)and(19.93±4.80),respectively.The understanding of social support of professional nurses in sterile supply showed statistically significant differences in age,working years of disinfection supply,educational background,marital status,children’s situation,personnel treatment,professional title,position and income.3.The total self-efficacy score of professional nurses in sterile supply was(26.50±6.25),and the self-efficacy of professional nurses in sterile supply showed statistically significant differences in position.4.Psychological resilience of sterile supply professional nurses was highly correlated with perceived social support,while psychological resilience,perceived social support and self-efficacy of sterile supply professional nurses were moderately positively correlated.The self-efficacy of professional nurses in sterile supply field has a positive impact on psychological resilience,the mental resilience of professional nurses in sterile supply field has a positive impact on understanding social support,and the self-efficacy of professional nurses in sterile supply field has a positive impact on understanding social support.Conclusions1.The psychological resilience,understanding of social support and self-efficacy of professional nurses in Shandong province are at medium level,so the nursing management department should pay more attention to them.2.There was a significant positive correlation between psychological resilience and perceived social support among professional nurses of sterile supply,and there was a significant positive correlation between psychological resilience,perceived social support and self-efficacy.By exploring the relationship between these variables,it can provide references for improving the mental resilience of professional nurses and maintaining their mental health in the future.
