The Experience And Regulation On Behcet’s Disease Of TCM Master Professor Zhou Zhongying

Objective:Through sorting out the medical records of Behcet’s Disease diagnosed and treated by professor Zhou Zhongying,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,from 1989 to 2015,we summarized Zhou’s experience in distinguishing and treating.In addition,multivariate statistical analysis was conducted on the drugs used to explore the medication rules and characteristics of professor Zhou’s diagnosis and treatment of Behcet’s Disease,so as to further improve and guide the clinical role of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Behcet’s Disease.Methods:The research method consists of two parts.The first part mainly studies the medical case data of Zhou’s treatment of BD,refers to ancient Chinese medicine books and related literature,and combines clinical experience with the guidance of the tutor to summarize and discuss the differentiation and treatment rules of Zhou’s diagnosis and treatment of BD.The second part records Zhou’s medical record information in order to complete the medical record information of each input VisualFoxPro Zhou Zhongying professor medical information management system software,and to establish a white plug disease medical record database,in line with the selected conditions of extraction for each patient visits to study the medical records,including four clinical information,laboratory data,diagnosis,pathogenesis,clinical,etc.Finally,we use the Word,Excel,SPSS and other statistical software to analyze the results.Results:Through the analysis of the data of Zhou’s medical record,it is concluded that the location of Professor Zhou’s differentiation and treatment of BD lies in the liver and kidney,the disease is the standard of natural deficiency,and the pathological factors are dampness,heat,fire,poison,phlegm,blood stasis and deficiency.The common pathogenesis is deficiency of liver and kidney,blood-nourishing heat,dampness-heat stasis,mutual phlegm and blood stasis,heart and liver fire.Treatment scheme:Dampness and heat stasis were added and reduced with self-designed "xuandi detoxification soup";camp blood heat syndrome with rhino horn dihuang soup to add or reduce;Liver and kidney deficiency syndrome with zhibaidihuang decoction;Phlegm-and-blood-stasis syndrome was treated with Chaihu Shugan Powder.With huanglian jiedu soup or gentian xiegang soup to reduce the heat of the heart and liver.Moreover,to conform to the requirements of the 20 cases carried out a statistical analysis on the basis,a total of 57 clinical time,Behcet’s Disease medication treatment,using 1060 taste traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),a total of 114 species,which in more than 50%of drug use frequency of radix scrophulariae,radix rehmanniae,batryticated silkworm,glabrous greenbrier rhizome,puffball,cortex phellodendri,bitter and sweet medium yellow,red paeony root,cortex moutan,rhizoma coptidis,buffalo horn,swollen section of the wind,they accounted for 84.21%,84.21%,80.7%,78.95%,78.95%,77.19%,63.16%,61.4%,56.14%,52.63%,52.63%,50.88%,50.88%,respectively.After association rules analysis confidence>90%of the drug combination with figwort puffball->radix rehmanniae,radix scrophulariae->radix rehmanniae,puffball->radix rehmanniae,radix rehmanniae puffball->figwort,glabrous greenbrier rhizome hosts->radix scrophulariae,radix rehmanniae->figwort,puffball->figwort,glabrous greenbrier rhizome->radix rehmanniae,puffball->figwort radix rehmanniae,radix scrophulariae hosts->puffball,confidence level were 0.976,0.957,0.956,0.953,0.951,0.938,0.933,0.911,0.911,0.911.Conclusion:The characteristics of Professor Zhou’s treatment of Behcet’s Disease:combination of syndrome and machine;Combination of disease and syndrome.Drug use experience:attack evil mainly,take care of the Yin of liver and kidney;Moderate medication,careful use of bitter cold;Pay attention to the use of blood drug;Be good with insect medicine.Commonly used drugs mainly include heat-clearing drugs,wind-dispelling and dehumidifying drugs,blood-activating and blood-stasis removing drugs,Yin nourishing drugs;Characteristic medicine has white remnant flower,tripterygium wilfordii,smilax,leakage reed,pangolin,ground skin son,ghost arrow feather.At the same time,the author summarized the common core prescription of Professor Zhou--"xuandi detoxifying soup",the specific formula:Radix scrophulariae,raw radix rehmanniae,China root,puffball,Batryticated silkworm,sophora,Cortex phellodendri,red peony root,Gan zhonghuang,Coptis,peony skin,Cornu Bubali.This prescription has the function of cooling blood detoxification,clearing heat and benefiting dampness,and is applicable to the syndrome of dampness,heat and stasis of behesse disease and blood poisoning.
