| Objective:through the Chinese medicine blindfold combined with anisodamine eye drops for use,observe its accommodation facility of adolescents with low myopia and according to the condition of the improvement of asthenopia,objectively evaluate the clinical effectiveness,to provide the reference for the research of the myopia prevention and control.Methods:Adolescent patients with mild myopia diagnosed in the ophthalmic clinic of our hospital from March 2019 to October 2019 were selected.After being excluded by the exclusion criteria,elimination criteria and detachment criteria,the patients were included in the intervention group and the control group in a simple and random manner,and myopic health education was conducted.Two groups of patients in regulating sufficient paralysis mydriatic optometry,after 1 days later the reinspection,according to the result of optometry,fit the general framework of mirror(corrected visual acuity was 1.0),intervention group on the basis of plus scopolamine eye drops in despun mountain droplet eye/1 time night,and wear full of Chinese native medicine ingredient,chitin sleeping eye mask,two courses of treatment,individual treatment for 4 weeks.The control group did not use any other drugs or instruments to intervene except wearing normal glasses.After 8 weeks,the changes in naked eye vision(converted to logMAR value),accommodative response,amplitude of accommodation,accommodative facility positive correlation regulation,negative correlation regulation and visual fatigue degree in the two groups were observed and recorded.The results were analyzed with SPSS26.0 data analysis software,and the conclusions were drawn.Results:(1)The average age of 23 men(male 11female 12)was(9.780±1.858),and the average age of the control group(male 11female 12)was(9.830±1.946),and the two groups of patients were compared to the baseline level of the fatigue score,positive/negative correlation regulation,accommodative response,amplitude of accommodation and accommodative facility of the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant,P<0.05;(2)Comparison of naked eye vision(0.248±0.083),visual fatigue score(6.391±1.87)and baseline values(0.324±0.095)in the intervention group after treatment(10.000 ± 2.174),the difference was statistically significant,P(0.000;0.000)<0.05;(3)Positive correlation regulation(-2.348±0.210D),accommodative response(0.359 ± 0.211D)and the amplitude of accommodation(12.268±0.893D)in the intervention group after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(-2.033 ± 0.217D;0.359 ±0.211ZD;11.827±1.004D),P(0.000;0.040;0.000)<0.05;(4)Negative correlation regulation between the intervention group and the control group after treatment was(2.000 ± 0.151D;1.967±0.174D),compared with before treatment(1.967±0.174D;1.935±0.203D),and the difference was not statistically significant,P(0.328;0.503)>0.05;(5)Monocular accommodative facility of the intervention group and the control group after treatment(9.025±0.980cpm;8.174±1.104cpm)compared with baseline level(7.600±1.081cpm;8.000±1.150cpm),P(0.000;0.004)<0.05,Binocular accommodative facility(7.761±0.767cpm;7.065±0.933cpm)compared with baseline level baseline(6.913±0.985cpm;7.196±0.926cpm),P(0.000;0.030)<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;After treatment,the accommodative facility of monocular regulation in the intervention group and the control group was(9.032±0.939cpm;7.641±1.177cpm)and binocular accommodative facility(7.761±0.767cpm;7.065±0.933cpm),the difference was statistically significant,P(0.000)<0.05.Conclusion:Blindfold of traditional Chinese medicine external applicated combined with the racemic anisodamine eye drops can improve the uncorrected visual acuity,reduce visual fatigue symptoms in adolescents,improve the accommodation facility including the positive relative accommodation,accommodative response,amplitude range of accommodation.but have no obvious effect on the negative relative adjustment function. |
