Optimization Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Plan For Nerve Root Cervical Spondylosis Based On Omaha System

Objectives Above all,based on the standardized nursing language Omaha System,the study discussed the consistency of the Omaha System with the medical records of patients with conservative treatment of Xiang bi disease.And collated the main nursing problems and intervention guidance of medical records of patients with conservative treatment of Xiang bi disease.Ultimately the research used Modified Delphi Method drawn up content that can be added to Xiang bi disease's TCM nursing plan,and partially optimizes the TCM nursing plan,with a view to providing more standardized and high-quality nursing services for Xiang bi disease patients.Methods The study facilitated the sampling of 188 medical records of patients with conservative treatment of Xiang bi disease in the Department of Orthopedics,Acupuncture and Tuina at a top three Chinese medicine hospital in Hubei Province from March 2018 to September 2019.According to comparison and analysis,the degree of agreement between the Omaha System and the nursing content of patients with Xiang Bi disease was obtained,and the feasibility of the application of this system in Xiang Bi disease was analyzed.In the basis of the results of the retrospective analysis and collation of the research team,through the Modified Delphi Method, the content that can be added to the Chinese medicine nursing plan of Xiang bi disease is prepared,so as to partially optimize the Chinese medicine nursing plan of Xiang bi disease.Results(1)Through repeated comparisons and classifications,the researchers finally found that the content of the medical records of patients with conservative treatment of Xiang bi disease was consistent with the top two systems of the Omaha System.A total of 3164 nursing records were summarized,there were 1636 nursing problem records,and 1528 intervention measures.In the comparative analysis with the problem classification system,the content that fully complied was 60.59%,the content that partially complied was32.70%,and the content that was not conformed accounted for 6.66%;in the comparative analysis with the intervention classification system,62.37% of the content completely complied,28.21 % Of the content is partially matched,9.42% of the content is not.(2)A total of 21 experts completed two rounds of expert inquiries,the application of the Omaha System of problem classification system and intervention system to drawn up the content of the Chinese medicine nursing plan that can be added to the Xiang bi disease.the paper recovery rate of the letter inquiry volume was91.3%,100%,0.841 and 0.852 were the expert authority modulus of the two rounds respectively,the expert coordination level indicators range of 0.247 to 0.431,there were statistical differences(P<0.001).In the degree of concentration of experts' opinions,the appropriateness scores of all levels of indicators range from 3.57 to 4.94,the coefficient of variation ranges from0.038 to 0.364,and the approval ratio ranges from 76.19% to 100%.(3)In the first round of expert consultation,in the light of the dimension deletion standards and expert opinions and suggestions,19 second-level indicators and 133 third-level specific items were completely deleted;the supplementary content was 3 second-level indicators and 7 third-level specific items;The 3 second-level indicators and 3 third-level specific items were revised.The second round started on the basis of the previous round,and finally there were 5 three level specific items modified.After two rounds of expert consultation,the final content that can be added to the TCM nursing plan is a total of 8 first-level indicators,65second-level indicators,and 74 third-level specific content.Conclusions By calculating the consistency of Omaha System problem classification system,intervention system and the record of patients with conservative treatment of Xiang bi disease,this study obtained that it was feasible to apply Omaha System to Xiang Bi disease,and provided a reference basis for the development of scientific and reasonable nursing plan for patients with Xiang Bi diseases.With the research of literature and guidance,based on Modified Delphi Method,the optimization content of the Chinese medicine nursing plan of Xiang Bi diseases was finally formed,which provided a reference for the implementation of the Chinese medicine nursing plan of Xiang Bi disease.In the future,it is necessary to verify and modify the optimized Chinese medicine nursing plan in practice,and improve its content in order to enhance the level of nursing service for patients with Xiang Bi diseases.
