In my country,the establishment of a basic medical and health system has always been one of the important policies of the party and the government.At present,local governments in my country have established township and village health center institutions.The increase in government health investment has a positive and positive impact on the operation of these two levels of health institutions.However,at the same time,the increase in local government health investment has not completely improved the quality of rural health services,and there has been no good improvement in the operational efficiency of township and village health center institutions.The main reason is that our township There are many problems in the development of performance appraisal in health centers,and these problems also lead to the inability of health centers to effectively improve the capacity of public health services in rural areas,thereby providing efficient health services for the vast number of rural residents.Therefore,how to improve and improve the performance evaluation of township hospitals through system establishment and policy means has become an important research content.Based on the above background,this study believes that it is of great significance to establish an effective and reasonable performance evaluation mechanism in China’s township health centers and other grass-roots health institutions,so as to take 7 township health centers in Hanjiang District of Yangzhou City as research objects and establish corresponding performance evaluation system.In terms of the selection and construction of performance evaluation measurement indicators,this article mainly uses the expert consultation method and the analytic hierarchy process to obtain a performance evaluation system of 3 dimensions and 12 measurement indicators for the township hospitals in Hanjiang District,Yangzhou City.Based on this,this article evaluates the performance of the township hospitals in Hanjiang District of Yangzhou City in 2018 and obtains the corresponding evaluation results,and analyzes the performance problems.Overall,there is a large gap between the comprehensive development potential of the township hospitals in Hanjiang District,Yangzhou City.In the provision of basic medical services,there are unreasonable medication use by medical personnel,low utilization of public health resources,and low satisfaction of patients with basic medical services.In terms of public health service provision,there are low registered prevalence of common diseases,low awareness of health knowledge and formation of health behaviors,and low satisfaction of public health service provision.The problem.Aiming at related problems,this paper proposes the causes of the problems.Finally,by reviewing the construction process of the performance evaluation system,this paper concludes that there are three main problems in the evaluation process of the township hospitals in Hanjiang District of Yangzhou City,including the strong subjectivity in the process of establishing the performance evaluation system There are few situations and the selection of measurement indicators and data processing are unreasonable,so as to pave the way for further improvement and improvement of the performance evaluation of township health centers,and put forward corresponding suggestions for improvement. |
