Qingre Huoxue Jiedu Method In The Treatment Of Sepsis(exuberant Inferior Heat，blood Stasis Toxin Resistance)clinical Observation

Objective: Through the observation of Qingre Huoxue Jiedu therapy for sepsis(exuberant inferior heat,blood stasis toxin resistance)patients’ relevant blood test indicators and clinical scores,contrastively analysis the clinical curative effect of Qingre Huoxue Jiedu therapy for sepsis(exuberant inferior heat,blood stasis toxin resistance),explore its mechanism,and provide a safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine method to treat sepsis.Methods: Selected 72 sepsis(exuberant inferior heat,blood stasis toxin resistance)sufferers from Emergency Ward and ICU of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine.36 of 72 sepsis sufferers were assigned to experimental group and others were assigned to control group.All the 72 patients were treated with western medicine therapy according to International Guidelines for Management of Sepsis and Septic Shock and 36 experimental group samples were treated with extra Qingre Huoxue Jiedu therapy decoction(Composition:scutellaria baicalensis 20 g,lonicera japonica 20 g,fructus forsythiae20 g,safflower carthamus 10 g,astragalus membranaceus 20 g,salvia miltiorrhiza 15 g,radix ophiopogonis 15 g,rheum officinale 3g,honey-fried licorice root 5g).Decoction was produced by pharmacy of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine and was condensed into 300 ml.Each experimental group sufferer ingested the decoction orally or nasally twice a day with 150 ml per time.The changes of NEUT,hs-CRP,PCT,PLT,LAC,APACHE-Ⅱ score and TCM symptom score would been observed after a course of 7days.Data statistical analysis would be via SPSS 19.0.Results: There was no statistical significance(P>0.05)in sex,age,type of disease,TCM symptom score,APACHE-Ⅱ score and relevant blood test indicators before treatment and the two groups were comparable.After 7 days’ hospitalization,the relevant data of 72 samples all ameliorated and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Comparison among groups of relevant data after 7 days’ hospitalization showed that data except for hs-CRP,LAC all had statistical significance(P < 0.05).The clinical curative effect ofexperimental group was generally better than control group.Conclusion: There is a certain clinical curative effect on Qingre Huoxue Jiedu therapy for sepsis(exuberant inferior heat,blood stasis toxin resistance)and the therapy deserves more exploration and clinical application.
