Objective: to aPPly Bi Xie seePage Prevention and control of wet tonga taste mixed hemorrhoid(hot and humid betting tyPe)and PostoPerative edema,comPared with oral diosmin tablet,observe Bi Xie moisture Penetration tonga taste(hot and humid betting tyPe)Prevention and treatment of mixed hemorrhoid surgery and the clinical theraPy and safety margin of edema.Methods: 108 Patients with mixed hemorrhoids(hygro-heat tyPe)and oPeration were randomly divided into control grouP,blank grouP and exPerimental grouP,36 cases in each grouP.Control grouP take diosmin tablets,the treatment grouP oral Bi Xie moisture Penetration tonga taste traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth does not offer any oral drugs,the blank grouP,control grouP and exPerimental grouP Patients PostoPerative day one medication,medication for ten consecutive days.On the first,fifth and tenth day after the oPeration,the curative effect of PostoPerative incision edematous edema in the three grouPs was observed,and the score was recorded and registered.Finally,statistical data were analyzed.Results: the results of the clinical study showed that the total effective rate of the treatment grouP was 86.11% higher than that of the control grouP and the blank grouP.The treatment grouP can significantly imProve the symPtoms of PostoPerative edematous edema.Conclusion: Bi Xie moisture Penetration tonga taste for mixed hemorrhoid(hot and humid betting tyPe)and PostoPerative edema treatment has better control effect,the herbal medicine medicinal broth is safe and effective,exact curative effect,exPerimental Process has no obvious drug allergy and other adverse reactions.
