ObjectiveBy sorting out the historical development of foreign exchange talents of traditional Chinese medicine and exploring the person who have made outstanding contributions to the foreign exchange of TCM and the fields of contribution.By exploring the characteristics and rules of the cultivating of foreign exchange talents of TCM,in order to serve as a reference for the current international talents cultivating of TCM.By further analyzing the current situation of cultivating international talents of TCM,to find out the problems in cultivating international talents of TCM and to put forward strategies and suggestions.To better promote the cultivation of international talents of TCM and better serve the construction of "One Belt And One Road" of TCM.Methods1.Literature analysis To search the literature related to the internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine,international talents and cultivation of international talents of TCM in databases such as CNKI,wan fang,wei pu and Pub Med,etc.Browsing and referring to the government portal of the ministry of education of the People’s Republic of China,the government website of the state administration of TCM,the website of the national health council of the People’s Republic of China,the official website of the world federation of Chinese medicine societies,the official website of China One Belt And One Road,the official website of the world federation of acupuncture and moxibustion societies,the official website of henan provincial administration of TCM,and the official websites of all colleges and universities of TCM,etc.Focus on browsing and learning to the related data of the international development of TCM and the cultivation of international talents of TCM,such as government reports,policy documents,laws and regulations,statistics,and selecting the useful information data of this study.2.Historical methods By consulting a large number of related books,periodicals,databases,and statistical yearbooks,analyzing and summarizing the person who have made outstanding contributions to the foreign exchanges of TCM in different periods and the fields of contributions.By exploring the characteristics and rules of the cultivating of foreign exchange talents of TCM,to serve as a reference for the current international talents cultivating of TCM.3.Field research Through on-the-spot investigations,interviews,telephone interviews,as well as the data of online survey and so on.By consulting Chinese medicine institute of international education related leadership teacher,such as Beijing university of Chinese medicine,Shanghai university of traditional Chinese medicine,guangzhou university of Chinese medicine,henan university of Chinese medicine,to understand the cultivation of international talents of Chinese medicine in various universities and the situation of chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools.4.Analytical Induction By using the methods of comparison,analysis and induction,and analyzing and summarizing the collected data systematically,and summarizing the research viewpoints related to this topic,and drawing conclusions from further analysis.Results1.The overall scale of internationalized talents of TCM is small.Deepen the reform of education teaching and increase the cultivation of international talents of TCM.By strengthening the international promotion of TCM and increasing the investment of international education in institutions of the University of Chinese medicine,in order to expand the education scale of overseas students in China.Learning from foreign advanced medical education model and improving the management system for overseas students,and futher deepening the reform of the University of Chinese medicine education teaching.2.Lack of the local TCM international talent training model.Explore the local international talents training mode of the TCM.The cultivation of internationalized talents of TCM is a road which never traveled before.The state should formulate the policies which is related to the cultivation of internationalized talents of TCM,which should support and encourage them in terms of policies and funds.Further clarify the connotation and training target of international talents of TCM,to explore the types of international talents of TCM in the current society.Combined with the characteristics of TCM,the local international talents training mode of TCM should be constantly studied and summarized.3.The international Chinese medicine education market are mixed.Accelerate the standardization construction of education for international traditional Chinese medicine.Actively participating in the international standardization of TCM,and mastering the initiative of standards.Carrying out professional certification of TCM,developing international and unified textbooks of TCM,building an international education standard platform of TCM,accelerating the establishment of Confucius institutes of overseas Chinese medicine.According to the basic requirements of education in international medicine and the international development of education in TCM,and promoting the formulation of international standards for education of TCM.4.The international cooperation projects of education are insufficient.Promote chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools through the "One Belt And One Road" strategy.Strengthening government guidance,consolidating and expand ing exchanges and cooperation with foreign governments,and promoting the spread of TCM in the countries along the One Belt And One Road line.Establishing a special fund for chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools in institutions of the university of Chinese medicine,and accelerating cooperation between Chinese universities and the famous universities of the countries along the One Belt And One Road line.5.The international faculty of TCM is insufficient.Strengthen the construction of international faculty of TCM.Through domestic training,foreign introduction,domestic and foreign joint training and other channels,and organize teachers to study regularly,and strengthen own connotation con struct ion,which will train a number of internationalized teachers of high-level traditional Chinese medicine*ConclusionThrough the analysis of the general situation of the development of foreign exchange talents in TCM,the characteristics and laws of the cultivation of TCM,s foreign exchange talents are summarized;the status quo of TCM internationalized talents cultivation is analyzed,and the problems existing in TCM internationalized talent cultivation are identified;and SWOT analysis is used.The Law analyzed the cultivation of internationalized talents in TCM and concluded that in terms of advantages,TCM has certain characteristics and advantages.TCM has far-reaching impact in the world;in terms of disadvantages,TCM internationalized talents are small in scale and lack domestic The talent cultivation mode for internationalization of medicines,opportunities,good international conditions,and support from national policies are conducive to the international talent cultivation of Chinese medicine;in terms of threats,the international market for Chinese medicine education is uneven,and there is insufficient development of international cooperation projects on Chinese medicine education.There is a shortage of internationalized teachers in Chinese medicine.It is necessary to deepen the reform of education and teaching,increase the cultivation of international talents in TCM,explore the international talent training model for TCM in China,speed up the construction of TCM education standardization,accelerate the construction of "One Belt and One Road",and promote Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools;The construction of teacher training teams will better promote the cultivation of international talents for Chinese medicine.
