Under the background of strategies such as "Internet + medical" and "Healthy China 2030",the online health community has developed rapidly, and it has gradually become one of the main ways for people to obtain health information, remote diagnosis and treatment, and manage their own health.Compared with the traditional health diagnosis and treatment in the form of "face-to-face",the online health community has broken through the limitations of time and space and provided an online communication platform for users with various health needs,so that it does not need to face the doctor directly, while alleviating the embarrassment of medical treatment,it can achieve the effect of daily disease control. When users use the online health community, they are only willing to actively search for health information and cooperate with disease diagnosis and treatment without worrying about the disclosure of health privacy. To alleviate users ’concerns about health privacy, the online health community mainly adopts the way of privacy policy statement to explain how to collect, use and protect users’ health information.Comparing and analyzing the privacy policies of online health communities at home and abroad can help to identify the problems and improvement directions of China’s online health community privacy policies,so as to improve them and reduce the risk of user privacy disclosure. This article uses a content analysis method and a comparative analysis method to compare and analyze domestic and foreign countries from six angles of "policy visibility","information collection and utilization","information sharing","information protection","user rights" and "minor information" 16 online health community privacy policies with large user traffic. The study found that the privacy policy of China’s online health community has "not obvious release location","unclear content organization","unspecific channel for user rights","lack of legal support and authoritative certification" and "unclear external monitoring system".Based on this, this article draws on the advantages of foreign privacy policies and formulates a relatively unified privacy policy framework to provide form and content references for various online health communities when formulating privacy policies. And put forward suggestions to promote the effective implementation and implementation of privacy policies for country, online health communities and the users.
