Clinical Study Of Fuzheng Qingchang Prescrition Oraladministration Combined With Smecta Retention Enema In The Treatment Of Radiation Enteritis

ObjectiveAccording to the clinical experience of the tutor,fuzheng qingchang prescription oral therapy combined with smecta mixture retention enema was used to treat patients with radiation enteritis caused by radiotherapy for malignant tumors.To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy,improvement of life quality and relief of abdominal pain,diarrhea,hematochezia and other clinical symptoms of radiation enteritis treated by oral Chinese medicine combined with western medicine enema,so as to provide certain clinical basis for the combination of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of radiation enteritis.MethodsSixty-four patients with radiation enteritis who were in the first department of tumor outpatient and inpatient in the first affiliated hospital of anhui university of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2019 to December 2019 were collected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each with 32 cases.The treatment group was treated with fuzheng qingchang fang oral treatment combined with smecta mixture retention enema,and the control group was treated with smecta mixture retention enema.Two groups of patients continued to treat 1 course of treatment for a total of 14 days,after the end of the course of treatment to observe the two groups of patients syndrome score,stool routine,quality of life and safety indicators changes,through statistical analysis to obtain the efficacy of the situation.Results1.The overall effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%(27/30),and that of the control group was 63.3.After statistical analysis,P=0.0.10,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group had better efficacy than the control group.2.The Karnofsky score after treatment in the treatment group was86.033±5.229,while that in the control group was 82.366±7.246.3.The syndrome scores of the two groups were compared after treatment.The scores of the two groups improved after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).4.Comparing the scores of fecal routine and occult blood test before and after treatment,the decrease of erythrocyte and occult blood score in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group had better effect on fecal routine and occult blood test.5.Comparison of blood routine(WBC,RBC,HGB,PLT),liver function(ALT,AST),renal function(Cr,BUN)before and after treatment in the two groups showed that all P values were greater than 0.05,and no significant adverse reactions were observed in the two groups during the treatment,indicating that the two groups had good safety.ConclusionResearch results show that the proposed technique is oral colon cleansing party joint smecta retention enema treatment mixture radioactive enteritis patients,the clinical symptoms,syndrome integral,Karnofsky score,stool routine aspects of improvement were superior to those patients with smecta retention enema mixture,to illustrate the centralizer oral colon cleansing party joint smecta retention enema treatment of radiation enteritis mixture has a good clinical efficacy and safety.
