Clinical Observation Of Jieyu Bushen Decoction Combined With Letrozole In Treating PCOS Infertility With Liver Stagnation And Kidney Deficiency

Objectives To observe the clinical effects of Jieyu Bushen Decoction combined with letrozole for treating PCOS infertility with liver stagnation and deficiency of the kidney,and to supply new method for treating PCOS infertility.Methods A total of 80 patients with PCOS infertility who met the conditions for admission to Clinics of Shijiazhuang Clinical Hospital from January 2020 to January2021 were collected.each group was 40 cases.Outcomes of TCM syndrome,baseline sex hormone levels,endometrial thickness,ovulation,and the day before and after ovulation were observed and compared between the two groups,and the safety of this treatment was assessed.were statistically analyzed.curative effect between the two groups before and after treatment was compared.Results A total of 80 patients participated in the study and 76 patients completed the study.During the treatment period there were 4 cases,38 cases in the treated group and38 cases in the control group.1 Early sex hormone levels: Measurements of baseline reproductive hormone levels in both groups before and after treatment showed lower levels of LH,T,and LH / FSH than before in both groups.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the LH,T,LH / FSH values of the two groups were determined,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the FSH values of the two groups compared was not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that both LH and LH / FSH could reduce T in both treatment groups and that the treatment group was better than the control group.2 Endometrial thickness on the day of ovulation: There was a statistically significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups on the day of ovulation after treatment(P<0.05).3 Ovulation rate:The ovulation rate was 71.30% in the control group and 88.90% in the treatment group.The difference in frequency of ovulation compared to each group was statistically significant(P<0.05)and the ovulation rate was better in the treatment group than in the control groups.4 Pregnancy rate: The pregnancy rate was 18.40% in the control group and 39.50% in the treatment group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pregnancy rates were better in the treatment group than in the control group.5 Detailed assessment of TCM syndrome: The difference was statistically significant in the overall outcome of TCM syndrome between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).6 Effective rate of TCM syndrome: Effective rate in the control group was 71.10%,and effective rate in the treatment group was 92.11%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Better than the control group.7 Total therapeutic effect: the total efficacy rate in the control group was 73.68%,and the total efficacy rate in the treatment group was 94.74%.The difference was statistically significant in the total treatment effect between the two groups(P<0.05).8 Liver and kidney function.ECG and renal function were normal in both groups of patients before and after treatment and no significant adverse reactions were observed.Conclusions Jieyu Bushen decoction in combination with letrozole in the treatment of non-fertile patients with PCOS due to liver stagnation and kidney deficiency can significantly improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine clinic,improve the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,improve basic reproductive hormone levels can increase endometrial thickness on the day of ovulation,increase ovulation rate,and increase pregnancy rate.No obvious adverse reactions are found,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.Figure 0;Table 10;Reference 128...
