A Syudy On The Source Identification And Quality Evaluation Of Commercially Available Zaocys

Objective:1.To investigate the current situation of the resources of Zaocys in the whole country,to master the distribution and cultivation of the resources of Zaocys in the market,to make clear the main producing areas of the crude drugs of Zaocys,and to provide reference for the development and utilization of the resources of Zaocys.2.Collect the authentic and adulterated products of the sold Zaocys,systematically identify the true and false of the Zaocys,in order to deal with the complicated situation of the market,clarify the origin of the Zaocys,provide guarantee for clinical medication,and provide basis for the follow-up quality evaluation.3.Take amino acids and nucleosides as comprehensive evaluation indexes,compare the changes of content in different habitats and physiological parts,optimize the high-quality medicine of Zaocys,and make clear its application parts.Methods:1.To investigate the resource status and cultivation of Zaocys through literature research,visit and investigation of the main medicinal material markets and producers in China.By using the method of character identification,the samples and adulterants of Zaocys in China were collected.2.The identification methods such as character identification,micro character identification,thin layer identification and DNA molecular identification were used to systematically identify the authenticity of the samples,and to clarify the information of the original and mixed varieties of Zaocys.3.The contents of amino acids and nucleosides in the samples from different habitats and physiological parts were detected by HPLC.Results:1.We know that the resource of Zaocys is mainly from four major production areas,namely Sichuan,Hubei,Hunan and Jiangxi.At present,the wild resources of Zaocysare decreasing day by day,and only part of Sichuan,Hubei,Hunan and Jiangxi provinces have formed small-scale breeding.2.The origin of Zaocys was identified,and the adulterants were mainly concentrated in the family serpentinidae,7 genera and 12 species.They are: Zaocys nigromarginatus(Gonther),Zaocys carinatus(Gonther),Ptyas korros(Schlegel),Ptyas mucosus(Linnaeus),Dinodon rufozonatum(Cantor),Dinodon septentrionalis(Gunthe),Elaphe taeniura Cope,Elaphe carinata(Gonther),Elaphe mandarina(Gantor),Sinonatrix annularis(Hallowell),Naja naja atra Cantor and Cyclophiops Boulenger.3.The contents of 9 amino acids and 8 nucleosides in the samples from different habitats and physiological parts were detected and compared by HPLC.It was found that the total contents of the samples from different habitats were not different,and some single components were different.There were significant differences in nucleosides in different physiological parts of the Zaocys samples,the total content and the single component of the Zaocys body were the highest;there was no significant difference in the total content of amino acids,and some single components had some differences.Conclusion:In this paper,the resources and cultivation of the Zaocys in the whole country are summarized,and the current situation and cultivation situation of the Zaocys are elaborated in detail.By combining the methods of character identification,micro character identification,thin layer identification and DNA molecular identification,the basic principle of the Zaocys and the accurate identification of 12 kinds of adulterants are defined,which provides the guarantee for the clinical medication safety.There was no significant difference in the quality of crude drugs from different habitats;There were significant differences in different physiological parts of the crude drug.The content of nucleosides in the body of Zaocys is much higher than that in the head and tail of Zaocys.It is verified that the processing method of processing,that is to remove the head and tail of the Zaocys,inherited from ancient times to the present,is ofpractical significance.
