| Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of serum CA125,the most commonly used tumor marker, serum HE4,the newly studied tumor marker, and abdominal and pelvic CT examination in the detection of postoperative recurrence of epithelial ovarian cancer, early detection of recurrence, guidance of early secondary treatment, extension of life and improvement of quality of life of patients. Methods:The clinical data of 79 patients with recurrent epithelial ovarian cancer were retrospectively analyzed, and the sensitivity and specificity of serum tumor markers CA125,HE4 and abdominal and pelvic CT in diagnosis of disease recurrence were analyzed. Results:Serum CA125 and HE4 sensitivity were 59.49%and 63.29%,respectively,two there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),two kinds of joint sensitivity of 81.01%,a single application more obvious difference(P<0.05),abdominal pelvic CT sensitivity of 87.34%and no obvious difference was found between two kinds of tumor markers(P>0.05),compared with two kinds of post has no significant difference(P>0.05).The sensitivity of the three was 98.73%,which was significantly higher than that of the tumor markers. Conclusion:Serum CA125 and serum HE4 have the same diagnostic value in detecting postoperative recurrence of epithelial ovarian cancer. The combined application of the two can improve the diagnostic sensitivity.Serum CA125,HE4 and abdominal and pelvic CT have the highest combined sensitivity, which is the best method for detecting postoperative recurrence. |
