Evaluation Of The Efficacy Of Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy Combined With Surgery In The Treatment Of Locally Advanced Cervical Cancer

Objective:To inestigate the efficacy and safety of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with surgery for Locally advanced cervical cancer.Methods:Between January2014 and December 2019 in Xinjiang medical university first affiliat-ed hospital of department of gynaecology clinic of 110 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer,according to the different methods of treatment group,the treatment group,55 cases of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with surgery scheme,cervical cancer radical treatment,the control group,55 cases of surgery combined chemotherapy of cervical cancer radical way of treatment,compared two groups patients clinical therapeutic effect,living quality,etc.Results:Two groups of patients with a total of 110 patients with chemotherapy,efficient clinical curative effect of treatment group is significantly higher than the control group 83.64% to 65.45%,the difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Decreased WBC,gastrointestinal reactions and neurotoxicity were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In thetreatment group,thelymph node metastasis rate was3.64%(2/55),the vascular tumor thromboembolus was positive 1.82%(1/55),the resection margin was positive 1.82%(1/55),and the recurrence rate was 5.45%(3/55),all of which were significantly lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The rate of good quality of life in the treatment group was 66.36% higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Treatment group patients were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was no statistically significant in the treatment group 1 year,2 year survival rates were96.2%,90.1%,control group 1 year,2 year survival rates were 92.2%,85.4%,the treatmentgroup 1 year,2 year survival rates were higher than that of control group,The 2-year survival rate of the two groups was no statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with surgery has a significant effect on locally advanced cervical cancer,significantly improving the quality of life of patients and reducing the toxic and side effects after chemotherapy,but there is no clear conclusion on whether it can effectively prolong the survival time of patients.
