The Value Of ¹⁸F-FDG PET/CT Imaging Combined With CA125 And HE4 In Recurrence And Metastasis Of Epithelial Ovarian Cancer

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of ¹⁸F-fluorodeoxyglucose PET/CT(¹⁸F-FDG PET/CT)imaging combined with serum carbohydrate antigen 125（CA125）and human epididymal protein 4（HE4）in the diagnosis of postoperative recurrence/metastasis in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer.Methods:65 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer were studied,who underwent 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging and CA125 and HE4 detection at the same time.They were divided into ¹⁸F-FDG PET/CT imaging diagnosis group and combined diagnosis group for diagnosis and follow-up according to the follow-up criteria.Results:The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,positive likelihood ratio,negative likelihood ratio,Youden index and consistency rate of¹⁸F-FDG PET/CT imaging in evaluating postoperative recurrence/metastasis of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer were 96.20%,66.70%,92.70%,80.00%,2.89,0.06,0.63and90.80%,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,positive likelihood ratio,negative likelihood ratio,Youden index and consistency rate of ¹⁸F-FDG PET/CT+CA125+HE4 in evaluating postoperative recurrence/metastasis of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer were 98.10%,66.70%,92.90%,88.90%,2.95,0.03,0.65and92.30%,respectively.Receiver operating characteristic of CA125 and HE4 subjects in recurrence/metastasis group showed that the critical value was 20.65 U/ml and 45.50 pmol/L respectively.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,positive likelihood ratio,negative likelihood ratio,Youden index and consistency rate of¹⁸F-FDG PET/CT+CA125_{critical value}+HE4_{critical value}ritical value for evaluating postoperative recurrence/metastasis of epithelial ovarian cancer patients were 98.10%,75.00%,94.60%,90.00%,3.92,0.02,0.73and93.9%,respectively.Conclusion:¹⁸F-FDG PET/CT imaging has an advantage in evaluating postoperative recurrence/metastasis in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer.¹⁸F-FDG PET/CT+CA125+HE4 detection has a high diagnostic value in evaluating postoperative recurrence/metastasis in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer.The detection of ¹⁸F-FDG PET/CT+CA125_{critical value}+HE4_{critical value}ritical value has higher diagnostic value in evaluating postoperative recurrence/metastasis of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer.
