Objective(s):In this study,we conducted a continuous nursing needs survey for patients undergoing PCI for the first time to understand the demand for continuity care services,follow-up methods, duration after discharge; On this basis, the Delphi expert consultation method is used to construct a continuous care program after PCI,which is intended to provide reference for clinical nursing practice.Methods:1.Semi-structured interviews were conducted on 13 patients who were about to be discharged after PCI for the first time to understand their continuous nursing needs after discharge.2.Based on the results of qualitative interviews, prepare a questionnaire for continu-ing care needs.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 110 patients with PCI who met the inclusion criteria in a top three hospital in Yunnan Province to understand the demand for continuing care services,follow-up methods, duration after discharge.3.On the basis of the patient needs survey, combined with relevant literature at home and abroad,Delphi method was applied to conduct two rounds of expert consultation on 22 medical and nursing experts to construct a continuing nursing program after PCI.Results:1.Patients who underwent PCI for the first time had higher need for continuous care;those with higher demand for continuous care were medication guidance(94.95%),exercise guidance(90.91%),and dietary guidance(88.89%);The most common continuing nursing methods were telephone follow-up(77.78%),outpatient follow-up(68.69%)and network follow-up(44.44%);The duration of continuous care was most frequently chosen for 3 months(35.35%),followed by 6 months(29.29%)..2.Two rounds of expert consultation questionnaire effective recovery rate is 91.67%and 100%respectively,there were 14(58.33%)and 5(22.73%)experts put forward the constructive suggestions, experts coefficient were 0.884 and 0.903,the expert Kendall(Kendall 's W)harmony coefficient of 0.174 and 0.224 respectively,Kendall concordance coefficient of significance test P<0.01,the result is statistically significant.Conclusion(s):1.Patients who underwent PCI for the first time have higher need for continuous care after discharge;patients' demand for continuous care content focuses on disease relat-ed knowledge guidance, but lack of psychological attention;continuous care method tends to be followed by elephone follow-up,outpatient follow-up and network follow-up;duration of continuous care can last from 3 to 6 months after discharge.2.The continuous nursing program constructed after PCI is scientific and reliable. The scheme includes six parts:the implementors of continuous nursing, the contents of continuous nursing, the methods of continuous nursing, the timing of continuousnursing, the objects of continuous nursing and the evaluation of the effect of continu-ous nursing, providing scientific guidance for patients to effectively implement cont-inuous nursing after PCI.
