Research On The Supply And Practice Of Health Management System In Suzhou Under The Background Of Healthy China

Public health issues are related to social stability and sustainable development and have always been one of the important issues that have profoundly affected social development.Faced with the more prominent and urgent needs of the people in the new era for health,improving the health of the whole people has become one of the main tasks of the party and the country at this stage.The "Healthy China 2030" Planning Outline is the first medium-and long-term strategic plan for the health field proposed at the national level since the founding of the People’s Republic of China.The "Healthy China" strategy has been upgraded to a national strategy,which not only reflects the country’s determination to achieve the health of the whole people,but also reflects The state encourages and supports the active exploration of health management.Health management can play an important role in maintaining public health and is an effective means of improving public health.However,China’s health management work started late,and the community’s awareness of health management is insufficient,and the health management service system has not yet been established.Therefore,under the background of implementing the "healthy China" strategy,exploring how to improve the supply and practice of China’s health management system has become an important issue.The purpose of this study is to explore how to achieve a better supply and practice of health management systems,in order to form a reference for the specific programs of healthy China construction,so that the health needs of residents can be transformed into health needs that are implemented and promote the health of Chinese residents.This research uses the research methods such as literature research method,interview method,case study method and inductive summarization method,and combines the public value theory,public choice theory and life political theory to define the importance and necessity of health management.The status quo of the supply and practice of China’s health management system was sorted out.On this basis,focusing on the health management system supply and practice development in the forefront of the city of Suzhou,the status quo of its system supply from the arrangement of deployment,supply background,design ideas,core connotation and safeguard measures,the practice of the status quo from practice The dimensions of the measures and practical results were studied and analyzed,and the characteristics of Suzhou City were summarized,that is,overall planning and comprehensive consideration were adopted to achieve full coverage;people-oriented,full life cycle coverage.The shortcomings in the supply and institutional practice of the health management system in Suzhou were summarized,and the causes of these problems were analyzed.Finally,combined with the experience and enlightenment of the supply and practice of advanced regional systems at home and abroad,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the supply and practice of China’s health management system,that is,to build an integrated health management service system with the aim of the health needs of residents;The health management functions of health institutions are divided,the allocation of health resources is optimized;the theoretical research on health management is deepened,and the industry standards for easy operation are established;the economics of health management is fully recognized,and the support and guidance of insurance is provided;the health management training of health workers is strengthened and supported.Guide the development of health managers;strengthen the construction of information platforms and give full play to the value of health big data.
