| In recent years,the application of extracorporeal circulation and blood purification technology is becoming more and more widespread,and the application of various anticoagulant coating techniques is more and more in the application of extracorporeal circulation and blood net polymer medical pipeline.Anticoagulant materials have always been an important part of the field of medical active materials.Heparin,as a natural anticoagulant with high reactivity and prominent anticoagulation,is widely used in anticoagulant coating materials.However,heparin has anticoagulant activity and can cause unforeseen side effects such as bleeding and thrombocytopenia.The aim of this study is to search for anticoagulant bioactivity of heparin like anticoagulant to reduce the risk of platelet damage in the process of anticoagulation,and to carry the risk of carrying pathogenic microorganism or animal allergen,and try to reduce the cost of material and productionA large number of studies have shown that as an important biological active substance,plant polysaccharide has many advantages,such as strong pharmacological activity,small side effect and so on,and is widely used in nature.In 1969,Japanese scholars first found that letinous edodes polysaccharides had antitumor activity,and more researchers found the antioxidative,hypoglycemic and immunomodulatory effects of plant polysaccharides.Sulfated polysaccharide,also called polysaccharide sulfate,is a class of polysaccharides formed from the hydroxyl group of monosaccharide molecules on the large chain of polysaccharides,which can be obtained by natural animals or plants.Sulfated polysaccharide is the most widely used kind of plant polysaccharide,which has high anticoagulant,antiviral and immune function,especially in 1987,it has been found that sulfated glucose has a unique anti HIV activity,which has attracted the attention of researchers.Sulfated polysaccharides have similar anticoagulant principle with heparin,which can affect endogenous coagulation pathways through the combination of antithrombin III and have good immunomodulatory effects.Polysulfate sulfates can be synthesized artificially by sulfuric acid modification.The commonly used sulfated modification methods include chlorsulfonic acid pyridine,amino sulfonic acid methamides,concentrated sulfuric acid and three sulfur-two methyl formamide.The synthetic polysaccharide sulfate has good anticoagulant propertiesIn this experiment,three kinds of natural plant polysaccharides were selected.Sulfuric acid treatment of plant polysaccharides was carried out by inert concentrated sulfuric acid,and polysaccharide sulfate was obtained.Then the polysaccharide sulfate was immobilized on the surface of polymer medical pipeline material by covalent binding method.Through the analysis of the infrared spectrum and scanning electron microscope on the surface of the coating material and the test of the anticoagulant properties of the surface of the coating material,it can be found that the modified polysaccharide sulfate with good anticoagulant properties can be obtained by modifying the plant polysaccharides,and can be evenly coated on the surface of the polymer medical pipeline material.To play a good anticoagulant effect.The more accurate effects of polysaccharide extract and different concentration and different reaction conditions on the coating and anticoagulant effect,as well as the safety characteristics of the anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties of the coating pipeline require further experimental evidence. |
