With rapid development of information technology in the field of education,education informatization has been widely applied in higher education and compulsory education in China and fruitful results have been achieved.As an important part of Chinese education system,vocational education possesses great demands for informatization in teaching,learning and creative exploring,which meanwhile enjoys great prospects.How to develop informatization in vocational education has become one of the issues that must be solved in current Chinese education system.This paper researches and analyzes the status quo of vocational technology at home and abroad,whose successful experience of informatization in higher education and compulsory education is drawn on to process with the design and development of the micro-courses on “mother and baby care giver” of vocational education and training.Relevant microcourse learning system is developed on the WeChat public platform to assist traditional education.This self-developed micro-teaching system is then analyzed and evaluated according to feedback from teachers and students who are involved.This papers mainly consists of three parts:(1)This paper analyzes and summarizes characteristics of adult learners and learners who participate in vocational training based on the adult learning theory from the aspects of learners’ background and their psychology.Micro-courses on "mother and child care givers" are developed based on analysis of teaching goals,teaching content and current situation of the original course.Modular teaching and participatory teaching methods are adopted to prepare for the content and resources for these microcourses and characteristics of the target audience are taken into consideration in the meantime.(2)A WeChat public platform is built with the assistance of Sina SAE based on analysis of demand and feasibility of micro-course learning system,on which recording,editing,releasing and testing of the micro-courses are operated.This system serves students and teachers with micro-learning courses so as to achieve better learning effects.(3)This article divides the subjects into 2 groups,the "traditional class" and the "micro-class",and compares the learning effects of micro-learning courses from three aspects: micro-teaching design,micro-class learning effects and micro-teaching experience.Feedback on micro-courses from questionnaires and interviews of students and teachers involved are well adopted to further improve micro-teaching. |
