| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Gushen prescription on nocturnal polyuria caused by hypertensive nephropathy（CKD1）with Shenqibugu syndrome.Methods:During the January 2018 to December 2018,64 cases of patients conformed to the research conditions were collected in Gansu provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of nephropathy department.They were sufferring from nocturnal polyuria caused by hypertensive nephropathy（CKD1）with Shenqibugu syndrome.According to the principle of Randomized control divided into treatment group and control group of each 32 cases.Basic treatment of Western medicine were given to the two groups at the same time.In addition to that,the treatment group treated with Yiqi Gushen prescription,the control group Jinshuibao capsule,4 weeks as one course,treatment for two courses.Before and after treatment,both of the two groups were observed in the change of TCM syndrome score,nocturnal urine condition（including nocturnal urine volume,nocturnal polyuria index,specific gravity of nocturnal urine）,early laboratory indicators（including urinary albumin excretion rate,urinaryβ2-microglobulin,urinary N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase）and glomerular filtration rate.The observed data were analyzed by statistical software SPSS20.0.Results:（1）Compared with before treatment,TCM syndromes scores,nocturnal urine volume,nocturnal polyuria index and urinary albumin excretion rate,urinaryβ2-microglobulin,urinary N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase were reduced in the two groups（P<0.05）,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）.（2）Compared with before treatment,glomerular filtration rate and specific gravity of nocturnal urine were increased in the two groups（P<0.05）,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.The difference was significant（P<0.05）.（3）The total effective rata of TCM efficacy of the treatment group was 84.38%,and the control group’s was 62.50%.The treatment group was better than the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.（4）The total effective rata of urinary albumin excretion rate efficacy of the treatment group was 93.75%,and the control group’s was 75.00%.The treatment group was better than the control group（P<0.05）.（5）The total effective rata of nocturnal urine volume efficacy of the treatment group was 96.88%,and the control group’s was 59.38%.The treatment group was better than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with nocturnal polyuria caused by hypertensive nephropathy with Shenqibugu syndrome,Yiqi Gushen prescription has a definite therapeutic effect.It has the effection of improving symptoms,nocturnal urine and laboratory indicators. |
