Clinical Retrospective Study Of Yiqi Gushen Decoction In Treating Chronic Glomerulonephritis

Objective:The purpose of this study is to analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Gushen Decoction in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis by reviewing the previous medical records,so as to provide data support for the clinical application of Yiqi Gushen Decoction and broaden the treatment ideas and programs for chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,76 eligible cases were strictly screened,all of whom were diagnosed with CGN from September 2016 to September 2020 in the Outpatient and Inpatient Department of the Tenth Department of Nephrology,Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The above-mentioned qualified cases were treated continuously for 8 weeks on the basis of conventional treatment,and the changes of24-hour urine protein quantification(24h UPQ)and urinary red blood cell(RBC)count(high power field of view)in the 4th and 8th weeks were observed.And observe the changes of serum creatinine(Scr),serum cystatin C(Cys-C),serum albumin(ALB)and other related laboratory indicators and TCM clinical syndrome scores before and after treatment,use statistical methods to compare before and after treatment.Finally obtained the research results.Results:(1)The 24 h UPQ of 4 weeks of treatment and 8 weeks of treatment were compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the 24 h UPQ of 4 weeks of treatment was compared with 8 weeks of treatment(P<0.01),and the effective rate was 90.8%.(2)Urinary RBC count(high power field)treatment for 4 weeks compared with before treatment(P<0.05),treatment for8 weeks compared with before treatment(P<0.01),and treatment for 8 weeks compared with 4weeks of treatment(P<0.01),and the effective rate was 88.2%.(3)Proteinuria and hematuria were improved,and the total effective rate of clinical comprehensive curative effect was84.2%.(4)There was no significant difference in Scr and Cys-C before and after treatment(p>0.05).(5)The ALB values were all greater than 30g/L,but there were differences before and after treatment(P<0.05).(6)Comparison of individual points of abdominal distension before and after treatment(P<0.05),comparison of individual points of other symptoms before and after treatment(P<0.01),and from the comparison of total points before and after treatment(P<0.01),the effective rate of TCM symptom curative effect was 93.4%.(7)During the observation period,there were no adverse reactions such as abnormal liver function,fever,and rash.Conclusion:(1)Using Yiqi Gushen Decoction to treat CGN on the basis of conventional treatment can effectively reduce proteinuria and hematuria;(2)Using Yiqi Gushen Decoction to treat CGN on the basis of conventional treatment can effectively improve clinical symptoms;(3))Using Yiqi Gushen Decoction to treat CGN on the basis of conventional treatment is safe.
