Research On Health Information Search Characteristics Of Depression Based On Baidu Index

[Purpose] Based on the data of Baidu Index,this paper analyzed the characteristics of Internet health information search behavior of Internet users with depression from 2014 to2018,and predicted the depression search behavior in the next three years,analyzed the influencing factors and current situation of Internet search behavior of depression in China,and put forward suggestions.[Methods] Descriptive analysis was used to explore the characteristics of depression network search from five aspects: time,gender,age,region and source direction words.Pearson correlation coefficient was used to further mine source direction words and regions.Single factor ANOVA analysis was used to analyze the significant differences between months and ages,and time series analysis was used to predict depression network search for three years.[Results] The results show that depression online search behavior has seasonal characteristics,with fewer searches in summer than in other seasons,and the number of searches will continue to increase in the next three years.In terms of searching population characteristics,the proportion of female searches is 58% in 2017,which is higher than that of male searches for the first time,and the search index is increasing year by year;30-39 years old is the peak searching population;the search index of economically developed cities is higher,with a correlation coefficient of 0.955.Dependence-related words are more related to depression than source-related words,and netizens pay less attention to the prevention of depression.[Conclusions] The study found that climate,the characteristics of the sick population,the economic development level and health awareness of the searcher's area,and public opinion are the influencing factors of depression online search behavior;netizens tend to search for information such as depression self-diagnosis and treatment,anxiety and so on;women pay more and more attention to depression.Therefore,it is suggested to reduce the sense of stigma,guide patients to standardize medical practice,popularize depression-related knowledge from schools,implement depression prevention and treatment measures for pregnant women and female patients,and publicize health knowledge related to depression widely by relevant government departments.
