Research On The Design Of Maternal And Child Health Service System

With the development of society,the global industrial structure changes from“industrial economy” to “service economy”.The rapid subdivision of service industry has spawned many different kinds of emerging service formats.At the same time,under the influence of Chinese traditional and living custom,people’s cognition of postpartum care has become much deeper.The health of maternal-infant is becoming the focus of social concern.Therefore,the “The health of maternal-infant industry” is also known as the sunrise industry.This paper discusses the design of the maternal and infant health service system by taking the Confined center as an example.Firstly,this paper studies the current situation and development of The health of maternal-infant service system model from the perspective of service system.Based on the use of the service design tools and methods,Confined center service processes,service contact points,stakeholders,and information dissemination are sorted out to summarize the problems that exist in the maternal and infant health service system.Secondly,the author conducted a field survey of the ADG Confined center with questionnaires,user interviews,behavioral observations,service blueprints,and user journey maps.We had an in-depth look at the problems and specific needs of maternity and medical staff in the rehabilitation and nursing process.Finally,summarizing the needs of neonatal care services,maternal plastic care services,maternal life care services,month catering services,mental health services,space environment and product facilities.Based on the system blueprint,the monthly sub-information service management system platform and the product design practice of the Confined center were carried out.In the health of maternal-infant service system studied in this paper,different stakeholders can obtain different values,and the entire maternal and infant service system construction plan and design guidance strategy can also be for other mothers and infants.The construction of the health institution service system brings inspiration and reference,and actively promotes the development of the entire maternal and infant health service industry.
