The Logical Path And Influencing Factors And The Promotion Path Of The Acquisition Of Public Basic Medical And Health Services In China

This paper systematically explores the logical path influencing factors and improvement path of the acquisition of basic medical and health services in China.Based on the macro-social foundation and micro-psychological foundation of the basic medical and health service acquisition,the macro-statistics of the National Bureau of Statistics and the China Comprehensive Social Survey(CGSS)2013 large-scale sample survey data were used to obtain basic medical and health services.As a research object,this paper analyzes the influencing factors and extent of the public’s basic medical and health service acquisition in China by using qualitative and quantitative research methods.Different from the "labor-acquisition" logic of other commodities,the logic of generatingthe basic medical and health services is "guarantee-acquisition",which is reflected in the fairness and justice of rights protection.The study found that the objective level of basic medical and health service supply based on the level of national economic development and policy system guarantee,the public’s subjective basic medical and health service satisfaction and fair trust perception are important factors affecting the sense of basic medical and health services.The basic medical and health services and the positive experience and evaluation of the basic medical and health services will promote the public’s sense of basic medical and health services.The specific performance is: at the objective level,the state’s policy support and financial security for medical and health services have indeed reduced the burden of public medical treatment in China,and thus the level of objective acquisition is higher on this basis;subjective,subjective The satisfaction level of basic medical and health services and the level of fair trust perception are positively correlated with the sense of basic medical and health services,and the satisfaction of various medical and health services content is related to the perception of subjective fair trust,indicating the basic medical and health care of the Chinese people.Satisfaction with the content of the service and subjective social equity trust perception are mutually causal.Based on the research findings,this paper proposes to improve the accessibility of public basic medical and health services in China: toexpand coverage,improve the sufficiency and security of services;optimize the layout of protection,improve the balance and fairness of services;strengthen policy effects and enhance Service convenience and precision.
