Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of CO2 lattice laser and narrow-band UVB combined with methylprednisolone and photosensitizer in the treatment of vitiligo with rapid progression after stabilization.Method:A total of 102 patients with vitiligo who met the criteria for inclusion in this clinical trial were randomized,52 patients in the treatment group and 50 in the control group. The two groups were given methylprednisolone tablets and methicillin solution for external use, visceral injection intramuscular injection and localized convenient narrow-band UVB ultraviolet light. At the same time, the treatment group was given CO2 lattice laser treatment 1 hour after illumination, once every 4 weeks.During the 4-month clinical trial, the skin lesions of the two groups were evaluated for color-matching every other month for a total of 4 evaluations. Results:The recovery of skin lesions in the two groups was evaluated and compared 1 month after treatment,2 months after treatment,3 months after treatment and 4 months after treatment. The total effective rate of the control group was calculated every month. The total effective rate was lower than that of the treatment group, and the difference in efficacy was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CO2 lattice laser and narrow-band UVB combined with methylprednisolone and photosensitizer for the treatment of stable and rapid vitiligo are safe and feasible, and have certain clinical value.
