| Objective:This study is to figure out the effect of Blood-Letting puncture and cupping on the high blood flow velocity of the vertebralbasilar artery by cervical spondylosis and to observed its clinical efficacy.Method:Sixty patients with abnormal vertebral-basal artery blood flow velocity(high flow rate)of cervical spondylosis who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into 1:1 groups by random number table, which were divided into Blood-letting puncture and cupping group(observation group)and common acupuncture group(control group). The Blood-letting puncture and cupping group was treated with blood-letting cupping twice a week. The cycle is 4 weeks.the common acupuncture group underwent ordinary acupuncture, and the treatment was performed once a day from Monday to Friday, and the treatment cycle was 4 weeks.Transcranial Doppler(TCD)was performed before the first treatment, immediately after the first treatment, and after 4 weeks of treatment. The Cervical vertigo symptoms and function assessment scales(ESCV)were scored before the first treatment and after 4 weeks.Collect relevant data for statistical analysis.Results:1.Immediately after the first treatment, the Vp(systolic blood flow velocity)and Vm(mean blood flow velocity)of the vertebral-basal artery in the TCD of the puncture and The Blood-letting puncture and cupping group were significantly lower than those before the treatment(P<0.01).The Vp and Vm of the vertebral-basal artery in the TCD were significantly lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05).There were significant differences in Vp and Vm of the TCD between the two groups(P<0.05).2.After 4 weeks of treatment, the Vp and Vm of the vertebral-basal artery in the TCD of the puncture and The Blood-letting puncture and cupping group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).The Vp and Vm of the vertebral-basal artery in the TCD of the common acupuncture group were compared with those before treatment.Significantly decreased(P<0.01),There were significant differences in Vp and Vm of the TCD between the two groups(P<0.05).3.Immediately after the first treatment, the PI(beating index)and RI(resistance index)of the vertebral-basal artery in the two groups were not significantly different from those before treatment(P>0.05),there was no significant difference in the PI and RI of the TCD between the two groups(P>0.05);After 4 weeks of treatment, the PI and RI of the vertebral-basal artery in the TCD were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05).,there was no significant difference in the PI and RI of the TCD between the two groups(P>0.05).4.After 4 weeks of treatment, the scores of the cervical vertigo symptoms and functional assessment scales were significantly increased(P<0.01),and the scores of the cervical vertigo symptoms and functional assessment scales were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.01)..5.The total effective rate of the pricking The Blood-letting puncture and cupping group was 86.67%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 73.33%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Blood-letting puncture and cupping can reduce the TCD index(Vp,Vm)of patients with high blood flow velocity in vertebralbasilar artery by cervical spondylosis after treatment immediately and 4 weeks, and the effect is better than the ordinary acupuncture.2.Blood-letting puncture and cupping can improve the score of cervical vertigo symptoms and functional assessment scale in patients with high blood flow velocity in vertebralbasilar artery by cervical spondylosis, and the effect is better than the ordinary acupuncture.3.Clinical efficacy of blood-letting puncture and cupping on high blood flow velocity in vertebralbasilar artery by cervical spondylosis is significant, and the effect is better than ordinary acupuncture. |
