Objective: To formulate a reasonable and effective rehabilitation exercise prescription,so as to maximize the recovery of the weak elderly from the state of weakness.Improve the quality of life and life of the elderly,safeguard their dignity,make "healthy aging" a reality,alleviate the pressure of aging society,and promote social harmony and development.Methods: 90 elderly people in Shenyang were divided into three groups: A,B and C.Questionnaire,experiment,measurement and mathematical statistics were used to study.Three groups of frail elderly were given three different kinds of exercise,and the old people before and after exercise were collected by measuring method and related questionnaires.The data included standing and walking time,10-meter maximum walking speed,standing and three-dimensional protrusion,fall risk and dementia tendency.In this paper,one-way ANOVA and paired sample t-test were used to analyze the three groups of data in-depth comparison and research,and finally get the best rehabilitation exercise prescription for the frail elderly.Result: 1.Comparison within the group showed that the P value of the standing and walking time scores of group A,B and C were all higher than 0.05,which showed no significant difference,indicating that the exercise of the weak elderly in each group did not play a positive role in the test results.However,the three exercise modes for the A,B,C weak elderly 10 meters maximum speed results have been greatly improved,P values are 0.00,significantly less than 0.05,indicating that each group of exercise mode has a significant positive effect on improving performance.The P value of group A and group B is below 0.05 for the result of three-dimensional forward extension.It shows that the movement of group A and group B has a positive effect on improving the result.The statistic result of three-dimensional forward extension of group C shows that the movement of group A can not play a positive role.For the prevention of dementia,all three groups of P values are within 0.05,so the three groups of exercise are helpful to prevent falls.Finally,for the prevention of dementia tendencies,group A,C P values are greater than 0.05,group B p value is less than 0.05,indicating that only group B exercise can effectively prevent dementia tendencies.2.Frail elderly people in group A,B,C three experiments revealed that,in the comparison between groups of data to stand walking time,10 meters most step speed,standing before body stretch,fall risk and dementia tendency of the five test p values,respectively is 0.116,0.342,0.016,0.342 and 0.016,to stand up to walk timing,10 meters most step speed,fall risk and dementia tendency of p values are greater than 0.05,shows weak old people after their respective practice these four test scores increase is not obvious,standing before body stretch p value is 0.016,far less than 0.05,This indicates that three groups of frail elderly showed significant improvement in the test performance after each group of exercises.After the data comparison of the three groups,the standing body extension performance changed significantly.After the multiple comparison of the three groups of data,it was shown that the standing body extension performance of the frail elderly in group B was more prominent than that in group A and C,which proved that the balance ability of the frail elderly in group B was significantly improved.From what has been discussed above,comprehensive group comparison and intra-group comparison of the results of analysis,found that group B "exercise mode for the improvement of weak elderly sports ability,reduce the risk of falling the best effect,the best rehabilitation effect.Conclusion: The traditional Chinese health-preserving skills are added to modern sports therapy,and a certain rule is followed.Simple limb exercises and Taijiquan are combined with each other according to the different proportion of exercises to carry out sports rehabilitation,that is,from the practice of Eight-style Taijiquan to balance and strength exercises,and at the same time from balance exercises.The most prominent effect is the gradual transition from the main exercise to the strength exercise,so the formulation and promotion of rehabilitation exercise prescription can greatly improve the rehabilitation effect of the weak elderly. |
