China began to implement family doctor contract service in 2016,to basically realize the full coverage of family doctor contract service system,put forward to 2020.Implementing family doctor contract service,it’s an important way to better safeguard the health of the people under the new situation,it’s the basis for promoting grading treatment,it’s an important task in deepening the reform of the medical and health system.Family doctor contract service refers to a long-term and stable medical service relationship between a family or a resident and a group of general practitioners or general practitioners qualified for family doctor by means of contract,so as to maintain the health of the contracted patients in the whole process.D distric is one of the main urban areas of Chongqing,from the perspective of residents’ acceptance,according to the implementation of family doctor contract service in D district,collecting domestic scholars’ research on family doctor’s contract service,combined with the theory of public administration,literature research and questionnaire survey,research and analysis of influencing factors and causes,try to find the corresponding countermeasures to provide reference for the implementation of the work.The study concluded that:The influencing factors of residents’ acceptance are not thorough publicity,insufficient number of family doctors,medical technology needs improvement,contractual relationship between the contracting parties,etc.Then the corresponding countermeasures are put forward,including enriching the service mode of family doctor signing contract,strengthening policy execution,implementation of grading treatment and so on.
