service in X District of Beijing to do a preliminary survey,through the questionnaire data analysis screening of family doctor sita-service patient evaluation influencing factors,according to the evaluation of the existing problems,for the problem of the problem to put forward targeted recommendations for the future family doctor service planning and organization to do a good job.Research methods:collect the domestic and foreign family doctor satisfaction and influence factors related research literature,through the government website,community center policy documents,etc.to find reference family doctor-related work guide,government work task family doctor evaluation research data and other written data,summarized the current family doctor policy implementation of the overall situation,The status of academic research and satisfaction status,understanding the existing family doctor satisfaction evaluation methods and indicators,for further research,especially the production of questionnaires to provide a theoretical basis.In the program design,implementation and results analysis and other stages of expert consultation,the revision and improvement of experimental programs,after data analysis,combined with expert opinions,to obtain evaluation of the influencing factors and family doctor services to improve the recommendations.Using the comprehensive results of patient satisfaction scale and literature and interviews,the questionnaire on family doctor service satisfaction was designed and prepared,and the residents and family doctors in the sample area were sampled,and the status of family doctor’s service,patient evaluation degree,satisfaction factors and other relevant information data were collected.Select representative community health service center leaders,family doctor service managers,family doctor team staff to conduct interviews,in-depth understanding of the current family doctor service provision and the region’s family doctor service contract management status,to provide support for the content of the questionnaire.Organize the data collected by the experiment,analyze the data by using the statistical software SPSS20.0 and Excel2013,and use single-factor analysis and linear regression and orderly classification regression analysis.Research results:Through the survey,it can be seen that the current family doctor contract service for the elderly patients group,most of whom are retired,income more stable chronic disease patients,in this survey,patients for the current family doctor contract service satisfaction rating is higher,for the provision of the service content of the overall satisfaction.Among them,the highest satisfaction was "family doctor and team’s attitude to the treatment of services(including language expression)" one,with a score of 4.87 points.The lowest score was "The degree of development of telemedicine(telephone appointments,online appointments,telemedicine,etc.)" with a score of 3.67.From the point of view of influencing factors,in terms of general demographic characteristics,whether the patient is a resident,income level,contract age,can affect the overall score of family doctor service satisfaction.In the dimension of the family doctor’s service,professionalism,reliability,continuity and specificity are statistically significant,which can affect the overall rating of satisfaction of patients,and the overall satisfaction rating is positive.In terms of the specific indicators that constitute family doctor services,the completeness of medical equipment,the attitude of the family doctor and the team to the service(including language expression),whether the family doctor understands your health and health needs with your family,whether the family doctor values and quickly deals with your comments,suggestions or complaints.As patients become more satisfied with these specific factors,the higher the rating of overall satisfaction.Conclusion and significance:The overall satisfaction of family doctors contracting services in X District of Beijing is high,and the high satisfaction part represented by accessibility and reliability should be improved on the basis
