Objective: Discussion area of Qinghai Tibetan and han nationality hypertension patients and healthy people Peroxidase body growth activated receptor gamma 2(Peroxidase proliferators activate receptors,PPAR gamma 2)gene polymorphism and Essential hypertension(Essential hypertension,EH).Methods: From December 2017 to December 2018,100 cases of Tibetan hypertension patients,Tibetan healthy population, han hypertension patients and han healthy population were randomly selected to be hospitalized in the department of cardiology of the affiliated hospital of Qinghai university.Using PCR(Polymerase chain reaction,PCR)respectively to detect the Tibetan, the han nationality hypertension patients and healthy people PPAR gamma 2 gene Pro12 Ala polymorphism, analysis the gene polymorphism loci of different genotype and allele frequency in Tibetan, the han nationality population distribution in Qinghai area.Results:(1)han nationality: the frequencies of CC,CG and GG genotypes in EH group were 92.9%,7.1% and 0,respectively(no GG genotypes were found in EH group). In NT group,93.9%,5.1% and 1% had no significant difference(P > 0.05).The frequencies of C and G alleles were 96.5% and 3.5% in EH group.96.5% and 3.5% in NT group; The difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05).(2)Tibetan: the frequencies of CC,CG and GG genotypes in EH group were 98.0%,2.0% and 0,respectively(no GG genotypes were found in EH group). The NT group was 94%,6% and 1%,with no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).The frequencies of C and G alleles were 99% and 1% in EH group. In the NT group,97% and 3.0%;The difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05).(3)univariate anova was used to compare the differences in the general clinical data of the subjects in each group. The results showed that the differences in systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),heart rate(HR),body mass index(BMI),cholesterol(TC),and uric acid(UA)between the groups were statistically significant.Among them, pairous comparison and analysis results showed that: 1)systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),body mass index(BMI),and uric acid(UA)showed statistically significant difference between the two groups in the hypertension group of the han nationality and the control group of the han nationality.2)Tibetan hypertension group vs.Tibetan control group: systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),body mass index(BMI)and cholesterol(TC)showed statistically significant differences between the groups;3)the difference of heart rate(HR),blood glucose(GLU)and uric acid(UA)between the two groups was statistically significant.4)han control group vs.Tibetan control group: heart rate(HR),body mass index(BMI),cholesterol(TC)and uric acid(UA)showed statistically significant differences between the groups. It is concluded that body mass index(BMI),cholesterol(TC)and uric acid(UA)have an impact on blood pressure, which can increase the risk of EH.Conclusion: The polymorphisms of PPAR 2 gene between han and Tibetan in Qinghai showed no significant racial difference.
