Objective By recording the clinical manifestations and signs of patients during rest period and after walking load induction test, choosing the treatment methods and evaluating the therapeutic effect according to the score, the significance of self-made walking load induction test scale in the diagnosis and treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis was discussed. Methods Forty patients with lumbar spinal stenosis who were treated in our hospital from 2017 to 2018 and followed up were selected.According to the score of the self-made walking load induction test scale, conservative treatment(15 cases)were used for those who scored more than 14 points, and surgical treatment(25 cases)were used for those who scored less than 14 points. The scores of the self-made walking load induction test scale before and one month after treatment were compared between the two groups, and the evaluation of the Japanese Orthopaedic Association before and after treatment. To evaluate the treatment(JOA)score and compare the difference between the two scoring methods in choosing the treatment methods and the results after treatment. To explore the application significance and advantages of the self-made walking load induction test scale in lumbar spinal stenosis. Results After one month of treatment, the scores of the self-made walking load induction test scale in both groups were significantly higher than those before, and the scores in the surgical group were significantly higher than those in the conservative group(P < 0.05).The JOA scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the surgical treatment group was significantly higher than the conservative treatment group(P < 0.05).According to the two scoring methods, there was no significant difference between the two scoring methods after treatment(P > 0.05);after one month of treatment, the effective rate of the two groups was higher, the effective rate of the surgical treatment group(100%)was higher than that of the insurance treatment group(86.7%,P < 0.05).Conclusions The modified Walking Load Induction Test Scale has certain clinical significance for lumbar spinal stenosis. |
