Observation And Analysis Of Medium And Long-term Efficacy Of Aegis-unibody Bifurcated Stents In The Treatment Of Abdominal Iliac Artery Disease

Objective To observe the medium and long-term efficacy of Aegis-unibody bifurcated stents in the treatment of abdominal and iliac artery disease,evaluating the effectiveness and safety of the treatment.Methods Twenty-three patients with abdominal and iliac artery diseases treated by Aegis-unibody bifurcated stents were followed up and the clinical data of pre-operation,6months after operation,1 year after operation,3 years after operation and last follow-up were collected.The incidence of postoperative serious adverse reaction events,the complications,the secondary intervention rate were observed and the satisfaction of patient was investigated.The difference between the preoperative and postoperative values was analyzed by t test.Results All patients were followed up,the average follow-up time was 58.4 months.1case(4.35%)of serious adverse reaction events,1 case of complications(4.35%),1 case(4.35%)of secondary intervention occurred respectively during follow-up.The totall satisfaction degree of patients was over 80%.The clinical data of pre-operation,6 months after operation,1 year after operation,3 years after operation and last follow-up were compared and analyzed.(1)The diameter of abdominal aortic aneurysm were 49.60±5.19 mm at 6 months after operation,48.90±5.24 mm at 1 year after operation,47.20±4.75 mm at 3years after operation,and 46.10± 4.58 mm at last follow-up,when compared withpreoperative value 50.30 ±5.62 mm,the diameter of aortic aneurysm was significantly decreased and there was significant difference between time points at 6 months after operation,1 year after operation,3 years after operation and last follow-up(P<0.05).(2)The diameter of iliac aneurysm were 27.00±6.66 mm at 6 months after operation,26.27±6.07 mm at 1 year after operation,25.45±5.43 mm at 3 years after operation,and 24.45±4.87 mm at last follow-up,when compared with preoperative value 27.73±7.09 mm,the diameter of iliac aneurysm was significantly decreased and there was significant difference between time points at 6 months after operation,1 year after operation,3 years after operation and last follow-up(P<0.05).(3)The serum creatinine were 64.44±17.86 umol/L at 6 months after operation,66.35±14.93 umol/L at 1 year after operation,73.02±13.75 umol/L at 3 years after operation,70.38±13.31 umol/L at last follow-up,and there was no significant difference when compared with pre-operative value(69.45± 17.48 umol/L)(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between time points after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion The medium and long-term efficacy of Aegis-unibody bifurcated stents in the treatment of abdominal and iliac artery disease is satisfied,and it has the advantages of less complications and high patient satisfaction.It is worth used in the treatment of patients with abdominal and iliac artery disease.
