| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of the modified Danzhi Xiaoyao San in treating meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye of stagnated heat of liver channel.MethodsOne hundred and sixty cases(320 eyes)in patients with Meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye of stagnated heat of liver channe,according to random number table was divided into the treatment group 80 cases(160 eyes)and the control group 80 cases(160 eyes).Both groups were given the basic treatment of hot compress and meibomian gland massage.In addition,the control group used the hydroxysugar gum eye drops which maked by China Alcon Ophthalmic Products Co,Ltd.were instilled into two eyes thrice daily,one drop every time.The treatment course was 4 weeks.For another,on the basis of the control group,the treatment group was given to the modified Danzhi Xiaoyao San.The decoctions of modifide Danzhi Xiaoyao San were provided by the hospital pharmacy of xiamen.They were taken orally twice a day,and one package with 150 ml.The treatment group had treatment for 4 weeks as a course.Two groups had an evaluation respectively before and after one course of treatment,with reference to the Chinese medicine new medicine clinical research guiding principlesof TCM symptoms and signs scores.It included comrehensive analyzer which used german keratograph ocular surface evaluation-rupture time(break-up time of tear film,BUT),height of the river of tears(tearmeniscus height,TMH),meibomain gland imaging(meibo-scan).Among them,meibomian gland imaging is evalated by the extent of meibomian gland loss,which the evalating standard refer to the consensus of experts on diagnosis and treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction in China(2017).And then according to the meibomian gland secretion squeezed by the meibomian gland massage,the characteristics of meibomian gland secretion were evalucated.Statistical software SPSS20.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results1、The study included 160patients(320 eyes),4 cases were shed,and the shedding rate was 2.5%;2、There was no statistical difference in the collecting 156 cases(312 eyes)of the proportion of men and women,ages,testing data and statistical analysis of TCM symptoms and signs scores(P>0.05).There were comparable;3、Of symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine after scoring statistics,we found that in the treatment group,21 cases excellence,49 cases utility and 8 cases nullity.The show the efficiency of 26.9%,effective rate was 62.8%,total effective rate was 89.7%;in the control group,11 cases excellence,40 cases utility and 27 cases nullity.The show the efficiency of 14.1%,effective rate was 51.3%,total effective rate was 65.4%.After statistics analysis,two groups on the effective,efficient,total effective rate were statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group;4、BUT,TMH,Mesangial gland score treatment curative effect comparison of data with median(quartile)on the lower quartile-M(P25,P75)Interquartile range said:After one course of treatment,the treatment group of breakup time of tear film was 6.01(4.23,7.15)s and 5.44(3.92,6.67)s in the control group.The comparative differences between groups was with statistical significance(P<0.05).And the curative effect of the treatment group is superior to the control group;After one course of treatment,the treatment group of tear meniscus height was 0.18(0.13,0.22)mm and the control group of 0.16(0.12,0.20)mm.The comparative differences between groups was with statistical significance(P<0.05).And the curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group;After one course of treatment,the treatment group of mesangial gland score was 5(3,6)and 6(4,7)in the control group.The comparative differences between groups were with statistical significance(P<0.05).In other words,the curative effect of the treatment group was over the control group;5、During the treatment,two groups had no significant adverse drug reactions.Conclusions1、It’s effective of the modified Danzhi Xiaoyao San combined with hydroxyglycoside eye drops for the treatment of Meibomain gland dysfunction dry eye on Stagnated heat of liver channel.2、It’s effective of the modified Danzhi Xiaoyao San combined with hydroxyglycoside eye drops for the treatment of Meibomain gland dysfunction dry eye on Stagnated heat of liver channel is superior to the simper use of hydroxyglycoside eye drops. |
