Clinical Observation On The Effect Of "Danzhi Xiaoyao San With Erzhiwan " Combined With Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops In Treating Dry Eye Of Stagnated Heat Of Liver Channe

ObjectiveTo observe the Clinical Efficacy of Danzhi Xiaoyao San with Erzhi Wan Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops in Treating Dry Eye of Stagnated heat of liver channel.MethodsOne hundred and sixty cases(320 eyes)in patients with dry eye,according to random number table was divided into the treatment group 80 cases(160eyes)and the control group 80cases(160 eyes).The treatment group used the decoction of Danzhi Xiaoyao San and Erzhi Wan combined with treatment of sodium hyaluronate eye drops.The decoctions of Danzhi Xiaoyao San and Erzhi Wan were provided by the hospital pharmacy of xiamen.They were taken orally twice a day,and one package with 150 ml.The treatment group had continuous treatment for 4 weeks as a course.At the same time,in the treatment group,the sodium hyaluronate eye drops which maked by Qilu Pharmaceutical Co,Ltd.were instilled into two eyes thrice daily,one drop every time.The treatment course was 4 weeks.For another,the control group was given to sodium hyaluronate eye drops,the usage and dosage completely the same with the treatment group.Two groups had an evaluation respectively before and after one course of treatment,with reference to the Chinese medicine new medicine clinical research guiding principles of TCM symptoms and signs scores.It included comrehensive analyzer which used german keratograph ocular surface evaluation-rupture time(break-up time of tear film,BUT),height of the river of tears(tear meniscus height,TMH),envy analysis(redness scan,R-scan).Statistical software SPSS20.0 was used for statistical analysis of the date.Results:1.The study included 160patients(320 eyes),4 cases were shed,and the shedding rate was 2.5%;2.There was no statistical difference in the collecting 156 cases(312eyes)of the proportion of men and women,ages,testing data and statistical analysis of TCM symptoms and signs scores(P>0.05).There were comparable(see table 2-1,2-2);Of symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine after scoring statistics,we found that in the treatment group,22 cases excellence,45 cases utility and 11 cases nullity.The show the efficiency of 28.2%,effective rate was 57.5%,total effective rate was 85.9%;in the control group,9 cases excellence,31cases utility and 38 cases nullity.The show the efficiency of 11.5%,effective rate was 39.7%,total effective rate was 51.3%.After statistics analysis,two groups on the effective,efficient,total effective rate were statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group(see table2-3);4.BUT,TMH,R-scan treatment curative effect comparison of data with median(quartile)on the lower quartile-M(P25-P75)Interquartile range said(see table 2-2):After one course of treatment,the treatment group of breakup time of tear film was 6.01(4.25-7.15)s and 5.45(3.92-6.65)s in the control group.The comparative differences between groups was with statistical significance(P<0.05).And the curative effect of the treatment group is superior to the control group(See appendix C,Figure 2,Figure 3,Figure 4,Figure 5).After one course of treatment,the treatment.group of tear meniscus height was 0.17(0.13-0.21)mm and the control group of 0.16(0.12-0.19)mm.The comparative differences between groups was with statistical significance(P<0.05).And the curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group(See appendix C,Figure 6,Figure 7,Figure 8,Figure 9).After one course of treatment,the treatment group of redness scan was 0.9(0.7-1.0)and 1.0(0.8-1.2)in the control group.The comparative differences between groups were with statistical significance(P<0.05).In other words,the curative effect of the treatment group was over the control group(See appendix C,Figure 10,Figure 11,Figure 12,Figure 13).5.During the treatment,two groups had no significant adverse drug reactions.Conclusion:1.It’s effective of Danzhi Xiaoyao San with Erzhi Wan uniting sodium hyaluronate eye drops for the treatment of dry eye on Stagnated heat of liver channel.2.It’s effective of Danzhi Xiaoyao San with Erzhi Wan uniting sodium hyaluronate eye drops for the treatment of dry eye on Stagnated heat of liver channel is superior to the simper use of sodium hyaluronate eye drops.
