Objective:Questionnaires were used to investigate the causes of TCM patients with dyspepsi a in Fuzhou,and the syndrome types were summarized.The cause analysis and syndr ome pattern were discussed from the cross-section,which provided a theoretical basis for more targeted treatment of dyspepsia and prevented digestion from the etiology.A dverse development occurs to improve the quality of life of patients with indigestion.Methods:Select patients of our hospital from March 2018 to February 2019,Main patients are in the Gastroenterology clinic,endoscopy room and physical examination center.The patients who were diagnosed as indigestion by the initial consultation were included in the exclusion criteria.After the conditions were met,the patients were informed of the purpose,significance and methods of the questionnaire survey and questionnaire investigation to ensure the privacy of the patient materials and eliminate the patient’s doubts.After obtaining the cooperation,the questionnaire was issued to guide them to fill out the form on the spot,collect data,and obtain 120 clinical data.Statistical analysis was performed on the obtained data.The measurement data was percentaged.The count data was analyzed by chi-square test.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS20.0 software.α was 0.05,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Get results and write a thesis.Results:1.Of the 120 young patients with dyspepsia in Fuzhou,71 were female,accounting for 59.17%,and 49 were male,accounting for 40.83%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference in educational level was statistically significant(P<0.05).The largest number of colleges,accounting for 59.17%;the occupational difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the highest incidence of staff,accounting for 44.17%;the difference in dietary habits was statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the number of dyspepsia caused by cold was the highest,accounting for 68.33%.The difference in work and life was statistically significant(P<0.05).The work pressure was high and the number of people not participating in the exercise was high.The scores were 56.67% and 48.33%;the difference in emotions was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the emotional factors of anger accounted for 69.17%;2.There was no significant difference in the pathogenesis of dyspepsia and physique(P<0.05).3.the distribution of dyspepsia syndrome type was statistically significant(P<0.05),including 45 people with spleen and stomach dampness syndrome,accounting for 37.50%,42 people with liver and stomach disharmony,accounting for 35.00%,14 people with spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome.Accounted for 11.67%,10 people with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation,accounting for 8.33%,9 people with cold and heat miscellaneous syndrome,accounting for 7.50%.4.The distribution of dyspepsia syndrome and gender differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Of the 71 women,31 were liver and stomach disharmony,accounting for the largest proportion.Of the 49 males,27 were spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome,accounting for the proportion.The difference between the distribution of dyspepsia syndrome type and the eating habits and eating greasy in the eating habits was statistically significant(P<0.05),all of which caused the spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome;the distribution of dyspepsia syndrome type and the work pressure in working and living The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The work pressure was high to cause liver and stomach disharmony.The difference of dyspepsia syndrome distribution and emotional anger and thinking factors was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cause of liver and stomach disharmony was the main cause;the difference of dyspepsia syndrome type and physique constitution was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the physique was poor to cause spleen deficiency and qi stagnation.5.There was no significant difference in the distribution of dyspepsia syndrome types and the degree of education,occupation,and feelings of exogenous evils.Conclusion:1.The incidence of dyspepsia in women is higher than that in men;the highest incidence of dyspepsia in different cultures is in universities;the difference in eating habits is related to the pathogenesis of dyspepsia;the feeling of exogenous evils has the greatest impact on the incidence of dyspepsia;Work stress in work and life and non-participation in sports have the greatest impact on the incidence of dyspepsia;the factor of anger in emotional factors has the greatest impact on the incidence of dyspepsia;2.The difference in occupation will not affect the incidence of indigestion;3.In the syndrome of dyspepsia,the spleen and stomach dampness syndrome and the liver and stomach disharmony syndrome are mostly;4.Female dyspepsia is mainly based on liver and stomach and syndrome type,males are mainly spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome;eating habits and spicy eating and eating greasy are more likely to cause spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome;work stress in working and living is most likely to cause liver Stomach disharmony;worry and thought in emotional factors are most likely to cause liver and stomach disharmony;poor constitutional physique is related to spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome;5.The distribution of dyspepsia syndromes has nothing to do with the different levels of education,occupations and feelings of exogenous evils.
