Therapeutical Effect Of Ethinylestradiol And Cyproterone Acetate Tablets On Abnormal Uterine Bleeding Caused By ITP

Objective:To investigate the hemostatic effect and clinical value of Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets on abnormal uterine bleeding caused by ITP.Methods:This study selected the patients diagnosed with abnormal uterine bleeding caused by ITP in department of hematopathology from January 2016 to October 2018.The36 patients were divided into the observation group through Gynecologist consultation,and the 33 patients were divided into the control group without Gynecologist consultation.The control group received symptomatic supportive treatment with Dexamethasone tablets,oxytocin,hemostasis and blood transfusion,and the observation group were given Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets based on the treatment of the control group.The starting point of two groups were admission time,collected and compared the hemostasis time and the average required platelet,the levels of platelet,hemoglobin,and the coagulation four items(APTT,FIB,PT,TT)from pre-treatment to treatment(1,3,6)months within and between the two groups.Result: Compared with the observation group and control group,the levels of hemoglobin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group during the treatment(1,3,6)months,and the levels of hemoglobin increased in both groups with the progress of treatment,there was a significant difference within two groups during teratment and was a difference between two groups during the treatment(3,6)months.The level of platelets in the control group decreased in the first month of treatment compared with those before treatment,and the levels of platelets increased gradually in the third and sixth months of treatment,the levels of platelets in the observation group gradually increased,and the levels of platelets in the observation group were higher than those in thecontrol group,there was a difference within and between two groups.The average platelet count required of the two groups decreased gradually during the treatment(1,3,6)months,the average platelet count required of the observation group were less than those of the control group,there was a difference within and between the two groups.The coagulation four items(APTT,FIB,PT,TT)of Observation group and control group,there were no significant difference before and after treatment.The hemostasis time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,there was a significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion: In the clinical study of treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding caused by ITP,this group added Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets can significantly decrease the hemostasis time,reduce the required platelets,and maintain hemoglobin and platelets,there have no significant effect on other coagulation indexes of patients.
