Study On Improvement Of Medical Equipment Maintenance Management In A Hospital

In the last 15 years,our country’s overall economy is growing fast,social demands for medical services have improved.In order to promote the development of overall medical level,the government has increased its support for the hospital,hospitals are developing rapidly in hardware and software,and medical equipment is the material basis of the hospital.Its quantity and sophistication reflect the hospital’s level of diagnosis to a large extent,with the scale of the hospital,along with the expansion of the hospital scale,the modernization level is improved,the number of medical devices is growing rapidly,the total value of medical devices in many large hospitals exceeds 70 per cent of total fixed assets,it has become an essential tool for hospital diagnosis and treatment.At the same time,with the development of science and technology,medical devices tend to be highly sophisticated,therefore,How to make scientific and reasonable maintenance management strategy,improve the maintenance quality of medical equipment,make it work maximum,is the key point in hospital equipment management.This paper aims at improving the quality of medical equipment maintenance in A hospital,find maintenance problems in daily failure of medical equipment,through scientific analysis,find three reasons that affect the quality of medical equipment maintenance in A hospital: maintenance interrupt,no maintenance standard and the consumables supply need for long time.By adjusting maintenance time,develop standard operating manual,optimize consumable parts supply chain,to solve the main problems in the maintenance work of A hospital,reduce the impact to engineering technicians on daily maintenance work,thus improving the maintenance quality of medical equipment in A hospital,reduced maintenance costs.At the same time,evaluate the effect of the implementation of the improvement program in A hospital,the overall effect is obvious.The research results of this paper provide a constructive suggestion for the daily maintenance work of A hospital,improved the efficiency of daily maintenance work,constructed a new model of scientific maintenance for A hospital...
