Objective:Confirmation of clinical efficacy of Balance Manipulation of Reinforcing and Purging for knee osteoarthritis. Methods:Forty patients with unilateral knee osteoarthritis who were admitted to the Department of Orthopaedics of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.example.Among them, the treatment group passed the dialectical classification of TCM(refer to the"Diagnostic and Efficacy Standards for TCM Diseases"),and the classification therapy was carried out by the method of replenishing and diarrhea. The control group was not classified, and the technique was used to refer to the"Tuina"edited by Yan Taotao.Conventional massage techniques). The two groups of patients were scored using symptoms, signs and syndrome scores. After treatment, the two groups were scored on the symptoms, signs and syndromes. The clinical efficacy was judged by the nimodipine method. Finally, the data was statistically analyzed by means of SPSS25.0 statistical software.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95%.The total effective rate of the conventional massage therapy group was85%.Using the rank sum test,P=0.015,P<0.05,indicating the difference in curative effect. The effect is better than the control group.2.Comparison of total scores:(1)Within the group:The symptoms, signs and syndrome total scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared by t test(P<0.01),and there were significant differences.(2)Inter-group:After treatment, the t-test,psymptom=0.000(p<0.01),pvessel=0.041(p<0.05)was significantly different;psymptom=0.808(p>0.05),no statistical significance.3.Comparison of symptom scores,(1)between groups:two groups in the morning stiffness or increased pain, walking pain, pain during standing, daily activities, walking down the standard boarding ladder, squat or bending knee joint, through t The test was statistically significant(P<0.05);pain during sleep at night, longest distance to walk, boarding the standard boarding ladder, walking on uneven roads,t-test,(p>0.05),none Statistical significance.(1)Within the group:The two groups of patients were compared before and after treatment(P<0.05).4.Comparison of physical scores,(1)between the two groups:the tibia activity, joint swelling, knee joint mobility, quadriceps atrophy,by t test, statistically significant(P<0.05);In the joint noose, snapping, soft legs, knee tenderness, joint friction sound,by t test,(p>0.05),no statistical significance.(1)Within the group:The two groups of patients were compared before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The Balance Manipulation of Reinforcing and Purging has a significant effect on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, and is more effective than the conventional massage in improving the symptoms and signs of morning stiffness, daily activities, squatting and bending knee joints, joint swelling and mobility, and muscle atrophy.
