Due to the scarcity of medical resources,modern hospitals have been considering the establishment of PIVAS intravenous drug preparation center to reduce medical costs and improve the efficiency of dispensing.After fully investigating the demand for dispensing in domestic hospitals,this paper designed a new automatic drug dispensing system.The main work of the thesis is as follows:(1)The overall design of the dispensing system is described in detail according to the requirements.The three-degree-of-freedom truss manipulator is used as the carrier for the needle movement;the matching design calculation of the power system and the transmission system of the linear module is carried out.Accurate injection and extraction of solvent and liquid medicine are realized by quantitative peristaltic pump;alcohol disinfection device,special needle for liquid medicine delivery and quick replacement device for peristaltic pump hose are designed.(2)Perform finite element analysis on the multi-cantilever truss manipulator to verify whether the deformation of the mechanical arm bearing structure meets the accuracy requirements;perform modal analysis on the main structure of the manipulator,and investigate the vibration of the mechanical arm structure under multiple motor excitations,verifying Whether it ensures the stability of exercise.(3)In order to realize the precise positioning of the bottle cap of the vial,the visual recognition and positioning technology was adopted,and the overall scheme was proposed.The image of the bottle cap is collected,and the image is preprocessed by image graying,image filtering and image binarization;the image is circularly detected and identified by the Hough transform algorithm;the pixel coordinate system and the world coordinate system are utilized.The transformation matrix yields the world coordinates of the vial cap.(4)Set up the end face identification and positioning subsystem of the group of Xilin bottle caps,based on openCV,carry out the experiment of positioning and positioning of the end face of the bottle cap,determine the world coordinates of the vial bottle,and check the calculated coordinates for the accuracy of the manipulator.Operational positioning provides guidance.
