| Research Purposes:Firstly,our study wants to explore the preparation process and methodological study for the preparation of Naru-3 sustained release tablets and compare the similarities and differences between Naru-3 sustained release tablets and Naru-3 pills.Secondly,we want to compare the quality correlation among Naru-3 sustained release tablets,the exact preparation of Naru-3 and Naru-3 microcapsules,and these differences can perfect the research of standardization about quality control.Last but not least,our study also wants to explore the molecular mechanism about the analgesic effect of Naru-3 microcapsules,which relates to Naru-3 sustained release tablets,lays a foundation for study the analgesic mechanism of Naru-3 sustained release tablets.Research Methods:Firstly,after the early study of precise preparation process for Naru-3 microcapsules,our study will explore the advantages of Naru-3 microcapsules through basic research on pharmaceutical properties,and we will select suitable excipients to preparation of Naru-3 sustained release tablets,which can use the in vitro release percent of the single factor exploration to judge reasonable evaluation of Naru-3 sustained release tablets and this sustained release tablets’composition.Secondly,to establish the analysis method of fingerprint will compare standardization about quality control among the exact preparation of Naru-3,Naru-3 pills and Naru-3 microcapsules,which relate to Naru-3 sustained release tablets.Last but not least,by evaluation methods of pharmacodynamics,our study will compare the therapeutic effects between Naru-3 pills and Naru-3 microcapsules about neuropathic pain,which relate to analgesia,and we will combine with the network pharmacology research to select the common targets between Naru-3 microcapsules and neuropathic pain diseases,which can be used to evaluate the therapeutic effects about neuropathic pain which relates to analgesia.Research Results:Firstly,based on the preliminary research of Naru-3 sustained release tablets,our study explored the basic research on pharmaceutical properties and accurated to evaluate the feasibility of Naru-3 sustained release tablets.We used UV detection to detect the representative component-piperine.And we used the in vitro release percent of the single factor exploration to explore Naru-3 sustained release tablets in vitro.Secondly,we established the fingerprint among Naru-3 sustained release tablets,Naru-3 microcapsules,the exact preparation of Naru-3,Naru-3 pills,and established a feasible quality control system,which initially determined the quality standardization research direction of Naru-3.And our study will promise to establish fingerprints about biology and metabonomics technologies,which can clarify the relationship between the basis of the chemical substance and the efficacy of Naru-3 that conducive to the development and utilization of ethnic drugs.Last but not least,experiments,which used side-effect evaluation,evaluate the absence of toxic side effects of Naru-3 microcapsules.Aiming at the analgesic effect of Naru-3,we compared the pharmacodynamics of Naru-3 microcapsules and Naru-3 pills,however the results showed no differences between Naru-3 microcapsules and Naru-3 pills.We combined with network pharmacology,which screened two important targets for the treatment of neuropathic pain with Naru-3 microcapsules.The experimental verification of the target showed Naru-3 microcapsules could inhibit the binding of μ and δ receptors to combine to correspond ligand in the opioid receptor which could inhibit the activation of glial cells to treat neuropathic pain.These results provided a basis for evaluating the efficacy of Naru-3 sustained release tablets.Research Conclusions:According to the preliminary research,firstly,our study accurated the feasible preparation of Naru-3 sustained release tablets;and our study established a feasible quality control system,which initially determined the quality standardization research direction of Naru-3;secondly,our study evaluated the absence of toxic side effects of Naru-3 microcapsules,however the results showed no differences between Naru-3 microcapsules and Naru-3 pills.Last but not least,we screened two important targets for the treatment of neuropathic pain with Naru-3 microcapsules,which provided the basis for the research about evaluating the efficacy of Naru-3 sustained release tablets. |
