Purpose:To study the effects of individualized psychological intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine and external washing on the Ulcer wound area, ulcer healing time, ulcer healing rate, total healing rate of ulcer healing, and the change of the HAMA score before and after treatment of patients with lower extremity venous ulcer, evaluate the adjuvant treatment of psychological intervention in ulcer patients, and explore the clinical application value of this treatment.Method:A total of 97 patients(accompanied by negative anxiety)with venous leg ulcers who were hospitalized in the vascular surgical ward around Hebei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017to October 2018 were enrolled. On the first day of admission, the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)was used to treat the lower extremity veins.Patients with ulcers were scored, and patients who met the criteria were divided into two groups according to the random number table method:when the numbers were singular, they entered the experimental group:10 with mild anxiety,30with moderate anxiety, and 8 with severe anxiety.People,a total of 48 people;when the number is even, then enter the control group:11 people with mild anxiety,30 people with moderate anxiety,8 people with severe anxiety,a total of 49 people.Basic treatment was used in both groups. The experimental group underwent individualized psychological intervention on the premise of basic treatment;the control group did not undergo any psychological intervention.Result:1.After 2 weeks of treatment, the ulcer wound area of the experimental group and the control group were 4.21±0.81cm~2,6.53±1.28cm~2,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000<0.05).The ulcer wound area of the experimental group was significantly smaller than that of the control group, and the ulcer healing area was significantly more obvious than that of the control group.2.After one course of treatment, the test group and the control group:the HAMA scores were(9.46±2.23)points,respectively(13.03±3.30),the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000<0.05).The anxiety and anxiety scores of the experimental group were significantly decreased, and the degree of anxiety was significantly improved compared with the control group. The ulcer healing rates were 58.33%(28/48)and32.65%(16/49),respectively;the total effective rate of ulcer healing was93.75%(45/48)and 83.67%(41/49),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment efficiency and total effective rate of the patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and achieved more significant effects;3.After the end of treatment:the ulcer healing time of the experimental group and the control group were(31.90±15.91)d and(43.52±20.84)d,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002<0.05).The ulcer healing time of the group was shorter than that of the control group, which significantly shortened the course of the patients in the psychological intervention group.Explain:Individualized psychological intervention has an auxiliary therapeutic effect on patients with lower extremity venous ulcers comparing negative emotional changes:positive psychological counseling can accelerate the healing speed of ulcer wounds, improve the clinical ulcer healing rate and total effective rate, and significantly shorten the patient’s disease course, enhance the patient’s treatment compliance, reduce the patient’s mental pain, and improve the patient’s mental outlook. At the same time, psychological intervention combined with Chinese medicine internal and external washing is an effective treatment for clinical use. |
