Objectives:(1)To learn about the current situation of lung cancer patients' quality of life, degree of family care and level of patients' hope.(2)To discuss the correlation among degree of family care, level of patients' hope and quality of lung cancer patients' life.(3)To analyze the main factors that affect the quality of lung cancer patients' life. Methods:The study adopts questionnaire method and random sampling method.324 lung cancer patients from three Grade 3A hospitals in Changsha were selected to be the study objects from April 2018 to October 2018.In the study, the research tools include Family Care Index scale,Herth Hope scale and quality of Life scale for Lung Cancer patients. With the application of SPSS 17.0,the main statistical methods include descriptive statistical analysis,t-test,variance analysis,non-parametric univariate analysis,Spearman correlation analysis and multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis.Results:(1)The total score of 324 lung cancer patients' life quality is(144.82±16.80),in which 86 patients live with low quality, accounting for(26.5%),212 cases with moderate life quality accounting for(65.5%),and 26 cases with high life quality accounting for(8%).(2)the median and the inter-quartile range of the patients' hope level are(36.00,5.00)respectively.Among them, there are 7 cases with low level of hope, accounting for(2.2%).There are 126 cases of moderate level of hope, accounting for(46.6%),and 191 cases of higher level of hope, accounting for(51.2%).(3)The median and the inter-quartile range of family care degree are(7.00,2.00),among which 73 patients have severe and moderate family care disorder accounting for(35.8%),and 208 patients have good family care accounting for(64.2%).(4)The results of Spearman correlation analysis show that there is a positive correlation between the total score of family care degree, the dimension of fitness, growth, affinity and the total score of patients' life quality,(r=0.600?0.538?0.485?0.204?0.345),respectively.The difference is statistically significant(P < 0.01).The total score of the level of patients' hope, the dimension of positive attitude towards reality and future, positive action taken, maintaining close relationship with others are positively correlated with the quality of patients' life(r =0.464?0.371?0.423?0.437).The difference is statistically significant(P < 0.01).(5)the results of univariate analysis on the quality of 324 patients' life are as follows: factors, including age, education level, monthly family income, payment of medical expenses, residence, course of disease, type of disease, clinical stage, chemotherapy, cancer pain, sleep quality and smoking, have significant influence on patients' life quality(P < 0.05,P< 0.01).The results of multiple linear stepwise regression show that the total score of patients' hope level, family care degree, the monthly income of family, clinical stage, chemotherapy, pain, age and other seven variables enter the regression model. The fitted multivariate linear regression equation is statistically significan(tF=85.448,P=0.000<0.01),and the equation is(R=0.809,R2=0.654).Conclusion(1)The study finds that the quality of lung cancer patients' life in Hunan is below the average, the average score is(144.82±16.80),and the level of patients' hope is higher than the average.About one third of the family needs to care more about the patient.(2)The study finds that there is a positive correlation between the patients' hope level, degree of family care and patients' life quality, which means that patients' life quality improves with the increase of hope level and family care.(3)The study finds that the eight factors, including hope level, degree of family care, monthly income of the family, clinical stage, whether chemotherapy, pain, age have influence on the quality of lung cancer patients' life, among which, family care has the greatest influence.
