Objective:To observe the changes of ovarian function after hysterectomy and to explore the effect of hysterectomy on ovarian reserve function。Methods: 30 premenopausal women were selected as the operation group.They all underwent total hysterectomy and bilateral salpingectomy from December 2017 to September 2018,due to benign uterine diseases.Meanwhile,other 20 patients,the same age,who underwent health examination were detected as control group.Results:1.No significant diference was founded between those two groups in the preoperative age,body mass index,mean menstrual cycle,gestational age,basal ovarian reserve function(AMH,FSH and E2).2.Among operation group,average AMH level at 3rd and 6th month after operation were lower than that before operation,and it was statistically significant(p<0.05).3.FSH level before operation was higher than both of that at 3rd and6 th month after operation,and the difference was significant(p<0.05).4.There were statistically significant differences in AMH and FSH between the two groups respectively at 3rd and 6th month after operation(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Hysterectomy may have a negative effect on ovarian reserve function.
