Professor Fuli Zhang’s Exploration Of Jvtong Wu’s Thought Of Cold And Temperature Unification And Its Application In Diagnosis And Treatment Of Difficult Symptoms

Objective:to summarize the clinical experience and academic thoughts of professor fuli zhang in the treatment of difficult syndromes with the unified thought of cold and temperature,and to provide ideas and effective paths for the treatment of difficult diseases,so as to facilitate the inheritance and promotion.Methods:1.Through the induction,sorting and extraction of jvtong wu’s monographs and related literature,the tutor dug out jvtong wu’s unified thoughts of cold and temperature.2.Select the typical difficult cases treated by the instructor with the unified thought of cold and temperature,conduct induction and deduction of difficult syndromes,and condense the clinical experience.3.Follow the tutor to present the certificate and record the thoughts on governance.Results:1.Modern scholars have also done a lot of research on unifying cold and temperature thoughts,advocating the creation of new dialectical methods that can integrate and treat typhoid and temperature diseases,but the depth of theoretical research is still insufficient.2.Through the excavation of jvtong wu’s thought of cold and temperature unification,the tutor concluded that the connotation of cold and temperature unification lies in grasping the pathogenesis.3.Based on the characteristics of the disease in longjiang region,professor fuli zhang used the unified thinking of cold and temperature to diagnose and treat difficult diseases,and achieved relatively significant clinical effects.Conclusion:1.Professor fuli zhang,who has been engaged in the research on the basis and application of thermal-disease theory and formula and drugs for more than 30 years,holds jvtong wu’s idea of cold and temperature unification,and believes that the connotation of cold and temperature unification lies in grasping the pathogenesis.2.Based on the disease characteristics in longjiang region,professor fuli zhang used the unified thought of cold and temperature to diagnose and treat difficult diseases,andobtained eight difficult syndromes:(1)solar typhoid combined with endogenous phlegm and heat;(2)Yangxu dampness and heat external infection and blood heat syndrome;(3)Two syndrome of external Yang infection;(4)Shaoyang internal injury syndrome joint venture blood stasis fever syndrome;(5)Lower coke cold coagulation and upper coke hot yu Yang kang syndrome;(6)Damp-heat stasis syndrome;(7)Blood poison damp heat;(8)Cancer toxin phlegm and blood stasis;It provides a way and guidance for the treatment of difficult diseases,grasps the pathogenesis,and the clinical experience of treatment from the perspective of multi-level and multi-system is worthy of our further promotion and application.
