Study On The Significance Of Combination Of The Nature And Flavor Theory In The System Of Syndrome Differentiation Of Wenbing

Objective :By consulting the relevant literature of Ye Tianshi and Wu Jutong,this paper combs the historical evolution of prescription the Nature and Flavor compatibility theory,Weiqi Yingxue syndrome differentiation and Sanjiao syndrome differentiation,and explores the application rule and connotation significance of prescription the Nature and Flavor compatibility theory under the syndrome differentiation system of febrile diseases,with a view to providing more perfect theoretical guidance for the clinical practice of TCM today.Methods:This topic belongs to literature collation,analysis,induction and research.By consulting the classical books of traditional Chinese medicine about the theory of prescription and the Nature and Flavor compatibility,we systematically sorted out its development.Taking Wu Jutong’s Medical Complete Book and Ye Tianshi’s Medical Complete Book as the core documents,this paper identifies,collects,analyses,collates and studies the original literature information related to the theory of prescription the Nature and Flavor compatibility,summarizes the development achievements of the theory of prescription the Nature and Flavor compatibility under the syndrome differentiation system of epidemiology of febrile diseases,and probes into the application law and content of the theory of prescription the Nature and Flavor compatibility under the syndrome differentiation system of epidemiology of febrile diseases.Research:Systematically comb the theory of prescription the Nature and Flavor compatibility and the historical evolution of Weiqi Yingxue syndrome differentiation and Sanjiao syndrome differentiation;take the theory of prescription the Nature and Flavor compatibility as the theoretical framework,take the syndrome differentiation system of febrile diseases as the clue,summarize the application rule of prescription the Nature and Flavor compatibility theory in febrile diseases syndrome differentiation system,and summarize the theory of prescription the Nature and Flavor compatibility in febrile diseases differentiation.The development achievements under the syndrome system,explore the intrinsic relationship between the two,and explain that the theory of the Nature and Flavor compatibility as the core prescription is simpler and more intuitive than the theory of monarch and minister to show the pathogenesis,so as to broaden the thinking and improve the method of clinical differentiation and treatment of TCM.Conclusion:1.Through the systematic literature review of the theory of prescription the Nature and Flavor in the differentiation of Weiqi and Yingxue initiated by Ye and Wu febrile disease doctors,and the application of the theory of Triple Energizer syndrome differentiation,it is concluded that the development achievements of febrile disease school in the theory of prescription the Nature and Flavor are mainly embodied in the following three aspects:(1)penetrating pathogenic factors;(2)regulating Yin injury;(3)clearing dampness and heat.2.Through systematic literature review,the reasons why the theory of prescription the Nature and Flavor has achieved remarkable success after the rise of epidemiology of febrile diseases are summarized for the first time.They are related to the characteristics of epidemiology of febrile diseases,Weiqi Yingxue-Sanjiao syndrome differentiation system,pathogenicity of febrile diseases,pathogenicity of febrile diseases,and importance attached to the theory of the Nature and Flavor compatibility by Ye and Wu physicians.3.Modern people mostly have miscellaneous pathogenesis characterized by diffuse heat and dampness of qi,stagnation of phlegm and dampness,blood stasis and Yin injury.Under the guidance of syndrome differentiation system of epidemiology of febrile diseases,the Nature and Flavor compatibility theory is applied to treat internal injury and miscellaneous diseases,which has unique advantages and significance in clinical diagnosis and treatment of contemporary Chinese medicine.
