| Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of conventional acupuncture and fire needle combined with acupuncture in the treatment of abducens nerve palsy,so as to provide a more efficient special acupuncture therapy for the treatment of abducens nerve palsy.Methods: In this study,a total of 60 patients with abducens nerve palsy who met the inclusive criteria were collected.The patients were numbered according to the sequence of seeking medical treatment and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group using the random number table method,with 30 persons in each group.In the control group,sibai,sizhukong,taiyang,jingming,yuyao,cuanzhu,tong ziliao and bilateral hegu,zusanli,taichong,xingjian were selected for conventional acupuncture treatment.On the basis of conventional acupuncture,the treatment group has performed fire needle treatment on sizhukong,tongziliao,taiyang and bilateral zusanli.Treatment was given once a day,take one day off after six days of continuous treatment for a total of 28 days.SPSS22.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data of improved eye movement in the treatment group and the control group after treatment.Results: By comparing the scores between the two groups after the treatment,the treatment group’s points was significantly lower than the control group’s and the treatment group’s total effective rate(which was80.00%)was superior to that of the control group(which was 90.00%),the difference between the two groups have statistical significance(P < 0.05)Conclusion: 1.Through the comparison of treatment group and control group’s total effective rate,both of the two groups’ treatment are effective and the treatment group’s total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group.2.The clinical effect of fire needle combined with acupuncture in the treatment of abducens nerve palsy is better than that of conventional acupuncture,which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
