Studies On The Synergies And Application Of Wind-dispe Lling Medicine In Formula For Treating Lung Cancer

Objective: To explore the correlation between evil-wind and the development of lung cancer and the internal mechanism of treating lung cancer with drugs for evil-wind.To summarize the methods and rules of compatibility and application of drugs for evilwind in lung cancer prescription,and to provide reference for clinical application of drugs for evil-wind in lung cancer.Methods: 1.Theoretical research:(1)by reviewing the understanding of the concept of "drugs for evil-wind" by medical experts in past dynasties,summarizing the connotation of drugs for evil-wind,and defining the scope of drugs for evil-wind included in this research;(2)by summarizing relevant theories and clinical studies on "wind-induced cancer" and "drugs for evil-wind anti-cancer",and explore the theoretical basis and internal mechanism of " drugs for evil-wind treatment for lung cancer".2.Statistical analysis: screening and collecting the case formulations and experience formulations for the treatment of lung cancer with drugs for evil-wind in the database of Cnki over the past 30 years,and establishing the relevant database;describing and statistically analyzing the application information of drugs for evil-wind in prescriptions for different pathological types,different stages,different western medicine treatments,different metastatic ranges and different complications by SPSS24.0,and analyzing the association rules of the data of each drug for evil-wind used in the prescription under different conditions by Weka3.8.3 software.Results: A total of 1,076 modern prescriptions were obtained,involving 454 traditional Chinese medicines,17 categories and 18177 flavor times in total.Among all drugs,there were 164 flavor(category 16)drugs for evil-wind,a total of 6976 flavor times(38.4% of all drug flavor times).Among all drugs for evil-wind,the number of species(19)of wind medicine was the most,followed by drugs for dispel wind and detoxify(14)and drugs for dispelling wind and dampness(13).Among the wind medicine types,the Spleen-invigorating and wind-quenching drugs was the highest,accounting for 18.1% of the total flavor,followed by drugs for dispelling wind and moistening dryness(13.8%),Drugs for dispelling wind and resolving phlegm(11.1%),drugs for nourishing yin and soothing wind(8.17%),drugs for dispel wind and detoxify(7.78%)and wind clearing and collaterals drugs(5.91%).High frequency drugs for evil-wind are Huangqi,Baizhu,Banxia,Yiyiren,Xingren,Dihuang,Jiegeng,Beishashen,Shenqu,Zaoxiu,Shanyao,Lufengfang,Wugong,Xiakucao,Baishao,Biejia,Bihu,etc.Common drug combinations are Baizhu-Huangqi,Huangjing-Huangqi,Huangjing-Huangqi-Baizhu,Baizhu-Zaoxiu-Huangqi,Beishashen-Biejia,Yinyanghu o-Baizhu-Huangqi,Shanyao-Yiyiren-Baizhu,Chanpi-Huangqi,Huangqi-Nanshashen-Beishashen,Shengma-Huangqi,Lufengfang-Zaoxiu-Huangqi,Longgu-Muli,Tiannanxing-Banxia,Jiegeng-Xingren,Wugong-Quanxie,etc.Other types of drugs ranked from high to low in frequency were tonic for deficiency(14.35%),heat-clearing drug(12.24%),expectorant for relieving cough(9.75%),etc.Conclusion: 1.Drugs for evil-wind can be divided into a broad sense and a narrow sense.2.The pathogenic characteristics of wind-induced pathogenic factors are closely related to the physiological and pathological characteristics of the lung,which is the pathological basis for the lung to be vulnerable to external invasion and internal disturbance of wind-induced pathogenic factors and eventually produce canceration,and is closely related to the metastasis of lung cancer.Different pathological types of lung cancer may present different mixed symptoms of evil-wind and pathogenic factors.The main mechanism of the efficacy of w ind medicine in treating lung cancer is not only the efficacy of wind medicine itself,but also the opening of the Xuan-fu.3.In view of different pathological types,different stages,different scope of transfer,complications,western medicine treatment history and different combined western medicine therapy methods,commonly used types of drugs for evil-wind and it’s compatibility combination have certain differences,but all with the Spleen-invigorating and wind-quenching drugs,drugs for dispelling wind and moistening dryness,Drugs for dispelling wind and resolving phlegm,drugs for nourishing yin and soothing wind and drugs for dispel wind and detoxify.Among the prescriptions for the treatment of lung cancer,the most common compatibility type between drugs for evilwind is the compatibility between other types of drugs for evil-wind and Tonify deficiency drugs for evil-wind,followed by the compatibility between the same type of drugs for evil-wind and the compatibility between different types of drugs for evil-wind.4.The use of drugs for evil-wind runs through the whole process of lung cancer treatment,and it is often combined with other types of traditional Chinese medicine(medicinal frequency from high to low),such as tonifying medicinal,heat clearing medicinal,phlegm-resolving and antitussive and antiasthmatic medicinal,dampdraining diuretic,and blood-activating and blood-stasis drugs,so as to achieve synergistic anti-cancer effect.
